We made an appointment to look at an 2008 Van. We were going to come that day but the sales person ask us to come the following the following day at 2pm because he had another appointment in Baltimore. We were an hour from coming but Mike called and said they sold the van. I’m unbelievably disappointed that this company didn’t hold the van when they asked us to come the following day. We were at the bank right then getting a check. We were extremely excited at seeing an affordable van for our large military family. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and we were praying for a van to help us get around. Extremely disappointed that they didn’t hold this van for us to see when they asked us to come a day later. I had read the reviews and thought they seemed reasonable. Very disappointed.

The owner of Total Package Auto Ray, is a awesome businessman. He works with you and if any issues comes up he does his best to solve. I had no issues with him loved my car and if you are looking for a vehicle reach out to him.

Really smooth process. They really do work with your credit when they say everyone approved they mean it a lot of places say that to get you there and boom no car and a waste of time. Ray was very friendly salesman’s very good customer service knowledgeable and Honest. I love my car and they made the process so easy. Would recommend them. Also Shar is so sweet as well glad I went here.

I've been warned throughout the years not to buy used cars, but Total Package Auto dealership changed my perception in respect that because I just purchased a quality used vehicle, thanks to Ray.
