The staff of very helpful and friendly. Pam has helped me twice now in a huge way helping my family and myself get into a home. She is super easy to work with and has some great locations available. I will recommend PQuail Realty to my family and friends and anyone who is looking for a home
I have been renting from PQuail for over 7 years at two different properties and have had experienced nothing but the best! Maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner and any and all communication I have ever had between any of the staff has always been top notch!!! No matter the hour of the day Pam and her staff make sure that my needs are taken care of!! They treat you like family and not just another client. I would highly recommend them for any and all things realty related !
Called several agents in the area and got a prompt and helpful call back from Pquail. really appreciated it! Can't say the same about the other agencies...
I am very upset with Pquail and Pam…. I gave my 30 day notice and was told upon moving out that she did not have time to do a walk through… I just received my deposit and was charged for cleaning. That house was cleaned from top to bottom… I feel she just wanted to keep that money. I have pictures and videos of how the house was left before I turned in the keys. I tried to get a hold of her and of course no response… Don’t waste your time with this company…
Pam and Michelle were very rude and generally disinterested about my inquiries on vacant land they had for sale. Upon finding out they had another lot I wanted to look at I actually dreaded to call them back a third time after finding out another property had been spoken for. Bad customer service and bad attitudes from both women. Won’t be doing business with them anytime soon.
Very rude customer service...hung up on me when I said I have cats. Pam is fightin for her life in these reviews hahahahaha please read them before you rent here! You'll get a good laugh.
Their office address listed on google and their website is nonexistent. I was also never given a phone call back for a property I inquired about after calling several times and leaving messages with Pam and other office staff. Very unprofessional. After going to an open house that smelled like marijuana and meeting the poorly dressed representative, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Response to Owner: If you are at your office 9-5 everyday, why is it that none of you can answer phone calls or return emails or calls? Like I said, very unprofessional. Also, one of you told me I had to attend your Open House for a property I was interested in before applying for it. Other people were there and one of your representatives was there. I will post a picture of the handout I was given with the PQuail heading if I need to. Like I said, I’m taking my business elsewhere and am very happy I did.
Terrible service from Pam, no communication, rarely a statement of my account and hidden fees. I can never get ahold of her and my tenants rarely can as well. Usually, she has her people who are very pleasant call me back. She’s been MIA since we’ve signed our agreement. We’ve taken to handling the maintenance ourselves since she does not handle situations timely. This means we are paying her just to collect the rent. Look elsewhere. Please, please pay attention to the below reviews...notice the common denominator and how there is no customer service in Pam’s response, and no accountability either...if that’s not a clue... ***November 9 PQuail has shorted me on my owner payment for the second month in a row! Ugh ***January 10 Had to file a complaint with the Board of Realtors and the BBB for Pams unprofessional and unethical behavior. She has since met with me, admitted her employee Michelle had messed up my account and stated Michelle ‘wouldn’t be with her much longer.’ Pam apologized, assuring me that she is excellent in other aspects of her job and tried to keep me as her client. Then, she requested I remove move my review and official complaints and when I told her I didn’t intend to, this is how she responded to the BBB: ‘This owner is new, she would not access her portal nor would she return calls . We have documentation and logs. Her discrepancies came when she offered her tenant the alarm system in the home then after they sent us the money and she was paid out $500 she reniged on it and that is where it all stems from. When my bookkeeper found it she was informed . Within 24 hours of the discrepancy we sent her another $500 and closed out her account.... Her husband is still with us. Pam’ What Pam fails to mention in her response is that she did not inform me a portal existed until several months into our contract. Then she refused to answer my calls, texts and emails when I told her she was incompetent and until I filed formal complaints. We did not ’renig,’ she made promises to my Tenants she couldn’t keep and expected us to take the fall for them. Even her husband/‘maintenance’ person was disappointed with her behavior and pleaded with her to correct it. And for the record, my husbands property is only listed with her currently because he values written contracts...something Pam could learn from. Again, even her response shows her lack of professionalism and customer service skills. The Board of Realtors should disassociate themselves with such a person. Shes willing to badmouth a current client, such class! Take note, you’ve been warned about Pam and PQuail. And Pam, we have our documentation and audio recordings also.
