Dr. Spies did a same day crown on my husband 2 years ago. Now that we have moved out of state and seen another dentist we have found out that this crown has failed. This new dentist told us he has seen many of this type of crown fail after a short time. Now we are paying for another crown 2 years later. Very disappointing!

My husband had a bad abcess and was doubled over in pain. I called everywhere desperate to get him in and John Persson came in on a Sunday to help relieve his pain. We’re so very grateful and will be loyal patients to him. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience! I was a little weary after reading a couple of the 1 star reviews but I'm glad I went anyway! I have to admit my fear of dentists has been proven to be very irrational because of this staff!

Came here because my son needed ONE tooth pulled. I figured it would be fast and simple: Go in, meet with the doctor, show him the tooth to pull, get it pulled, and be done. NOPE. The first appointment was just a "Cleaning and Inspection", and nothing even got done. And it turns out my son had 3 teeth to pull, 2 out of place (I had no idea he had something bad like that), 3 cavities, and needed to go to the orthodontist soon. I also had a $400 bill to pay for the cleaning, when I didn't want a cleaning to be done in the first place. Once I got all that other stuff done, the bill was up to $2,000. I had to go to the orthodontist for the 2 teeth out of place (another review I wrote). When I went there the doctor said my son needed 2 more teeth pulled that this place had missed, so I had to make another appointment, and another $400 went down the drain. The service was OK, the doctor was helpful and friendly, but it was unbelievably expensive, and now I'm stuck in debt and still now done with this whole process. Thanks a lot Prairie Rose.

I have been going to this dentist for years. I love them. They are so very very nice. They get me right in when I have had the rare tooth pain. My recent visit was for a tooth cleaning only, no x-rays this time. I am glad I declined the x-rays as my employment situation has changed in this past year and my visit (for cleaning only) was $144.00 without insurance. I hate to admit it, but I cried all the way home. I remember when it was $75.00 not that many years ago. Yikes! I would have never imagined it would cost that much or I would have postponed the cleaning. That being said, these dentists, or at least mine, Dr. Spies is fantastic as are his hygienists.
