My favorite place for dry cleaning Quick returns and friendly staff
The attendant let people cut in front of me for a washing machine and then gave them their wash free while I had to sit and wait even though I was there first very very poor service.
It's a laundry mat. I go there. The people that work there are very decent and cool. Only downfall, which isn't too bad, is, as usual some people like to get to close but if you watch yourself and make it clear that your going to say something they tend to back off. It's really not a huge problem there but it does happen. All in all, great laundry mat. Anytime the machine messes up I have no problems getting a refund or a free wash. I haven't tried thier dry cleaning but the laundry mat great.
Plenty of machines and a debit card machine to boot. Convenient location in the 1-way loop by Rite Aid. The payment machine has been upgraded. Haven't tried the app yet but it's very convenient!
Clean, staff is friendly, affordable washers and dryers. The atmosphere can be a little rowdy, it seems a lot of people bring their young children along, but that’s not the fault of the business. Overall a good experience. Ample parking.

I am retracting a review I gave last year. I was frustrated during the pandemic and that was reflected in my review. Pratt Abbott is the cleanest, easiest to use laundromat I have ever been to in the Greater Portland area. The staff continue to be friendly and helpful. Thank you for staying open during 2020, and for doing your absolute best in what was an unfamiliar situation for us all.
Good amount of well-working machines and fair prices but it can be difficult to find a time that it's not busy.
I'll give this place a one star cause there's was no option for a half star..the reason being is the third time of me coming here,the washer machine does not filter no soap at all with the water it dispenses Im always putting the correct amount of soap. When it's washing it's seems like it's only using water, leaving my clothes still smelling and dirty the same way i bought them in.I tried explaining my case with the lady at the front counter but no answers there , and all I get is a blank stare useless and she has offer me money back in the past but today I did not care for my money back I was pretty upset cause it's already the third time this happen.this place lost me as a customer of two years and please if the owner reads this comment don't take this to heart but get your machines fixed cause losing money and soap ain't nothing pleasant.
