Thank you so much guys! Dave and Andy will treat you fairly and they are expert at what they do. Yes, I am saying this about a jewelry store! I went here in '01 to buy an engagement ring and haven't gone anywhere else since. They helped me out recently for a very special surprise. I couldn't be happier.

If you are looking for a jeweler in Cedar Falls I would highly recommend going here!! This is a place that values customer service and the job they do. Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and spent a long time going over the pieces of jewelry that I brought in. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I will definitely be back to get the recommended appraisal and for any and all future jewelry needs!

They did a beautiful job! I had a ring resized, not only did they fix it, they recentered a band and made it look 100% better. So happy with it!

They offered us free residing for my wife's wedding ring, then refused to resize it when we brought it in after we got it. They also didn't have a band in stock and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. Their response was "well I guess that's what it looks like" when we asked what options there were. I expected a lot more service for several thousand dollars.
