Precious Paws

My dogs have been going to Precious Paws for 3 years. Their service is excellent. They cater to your grooming specifications. I have miniature Schnauzers and don’t go for the standard cut. They come out clean, cut right and happy. Price is right. Be nice and tip the groomer.

This grooming company does a great job. They deserve way more stars than this. I watched perfect looking dogs leave from out of this groomer on several occasions and the dog parents were smiling from ear to ear too. It’s not hard to see their talent. Keep in mind there is a huge highway right there so hold on to your dog tight.

Every nice people but I do not recommend if you have a Pomsky or any dog with that kind of fur. I hate my dogs cut it’s ugly and that is not how she is suppose to look. Looks like they used wrong clippers on her shaved her face down like its just a no for me. Her nails looks like they either hit the nerve or was about to bc I can see where it is. If you want them smoothed it’s an extra $5. The cut is so uneven. Paws are not even cut correctly. We will not be returning. Paid $80 Cash only and not satisfied; for nails wash and a little cut down. My fluffy is not fluffy at all anymore. Side note: Did not gain a new customer

I adore the place....My old groomer that I used closed after 52 years due to Covid. I was sad but my new friends @ precious paws welcomed me and my baby with open arms...My dog is handsome...They are quick, inexpensive & talented.

My first visit with my dog was great. The second time I brought her in I did NOT receive what I requested. I was asked if I wanted the standard cut or a summer cut. I said I WANTED the normal cut. When I arrived I was told the dog was matted and need to be shaved! This was a total lie!! Why wasn’t I called? Then when I called to complain I was basically called a liar, in that the dog was matted. So what I take from this is this service will do what they want to and the customer will have to accept it. YEAH RIGHT!!! Total inept and incompetent employees!

The gentleman who returned my call was not friendly or helpful with my questions. Said I could ask questions at my appointment. I wanted answers before appointment. I just booked with another groomer and are very pleased with that experience.
