Precise Caribbean Cargo

I've used the services of Precise Caribbean over a few years to make shipments from North Carolina to Kingston, Jamaica. Mikey is a pleasant and reliable guy who has gained my trust and respect due to the efficient and professional services he offered. My items are always delivered within the time frame that gives. He supplies and delivers empty barrels and boxes at a minimal fee then picks up items after they have been packed and he willingly offers assistance with packing if necessary. Cost for boxes, barrels and crates are very reasonable and the overall cost for shipping items is quite reasonable.

I paid this company to ship a barrel to Jamaica. They told me it would take 2 weeks so I delivered it A MONTH before the date I needed it to arrive. As of today, which is almost 6 weeks later, the barrel has not arrived and is unaccounted for. All the owner will say is that it's Atlanta that's the problem, mind you, he never communicated that he sends the barrels to Atlanta, and then Atlanta ships them to Jamaica. He deflects all the problems on Atlanta and has done NOTHING to help me locate my barrel. The people in Atlanta said he's been giving wrong information to his customers and that they have no way of knowing whether or not he ever even delivered my barrel to them. He never provided me a receipt for the payment I made to him or any invoice or barrel number to even help track down my things. This is the sloppiest and most unprofessional business I've EVER had the misfortune of doing business with. Please save yourself the headache and skip this business. I don't want what happened to me and my family to happen to anyone else, and Michael has proven that he couldn't care less where my things are. If I could rate it a 0 that's what it actually deserves.

I've used this company on a yearly basis to ship barrels to Jamaica. Affordable prices for pick up and great delivery.

Service is fast. But I cannot understand the proprietor of this building. His Jamaican accent is hard to understand. Shipping is fast and they used to do pick up for a nominal fee based on location.
