Wow! Best service I have had from any type of contractor. A/C went out and I thought I was in for a long wait and a big bill. It was done quick, effecient, fair price, and works great now. Thanks Casey for your speedy work and great customer service.

After putting bandaid fixes on my moms furnace for the last few years, I hired PCS to install a new one. I couldn't be happier with the job they did! The service, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff were all top notch! Definitely recommend these guys!

Great customer service! They were very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. The system is running great. The company was recommended to us by our son who had his furnace and a/c installed a few years ago. Their quote was competitive.

We were on our second Heating/AC system, and had never had a truly cool summer in 15 years. Numerous heating & air companies had come out and looked at the system with no answers or solutions, just another sweaty summer. My husbands "repairs" had destroyed our old system, Precision came out and looked at the system and shuddered at my husbands handy work. We ordered the new system, but before they left they actually got the best cool air flow we had had in years out of the POS first system. OUR NEW SYSTEM ROCKS! We celebrated being chilled and we're thrilled that we were actually cold in July! They were awesome to work with, 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend! We also referred my father in law to them and he was thrilled as well!!! Best company I have ever worked with and trust me, we have had a lot of HVAC people out!

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. No follow up on work that was done that was wrong and never a call back after numerous attempts!!!
