DO NOT USE. INCAPABLE TECHS. OVERPRICED EVERYTHING. NO WARRANTY. THEY ARE SIMPLY AWFUL They're tech installed the new opener and they charged me almost a $1000. Look at how wonderful he did. The slide is not mounted to the garage door correctly. It is twisting the garage door frame and it's going to break the garage door. They wanted to charge me another $467 to fix their mistake. I told them to get out. April, the office gal, wouldn't even escalate to a manager when the tech called. I was advised by her that the price was the price. No negotiation. No escalation. No warranty! hahaha! They just want more $$$$. You could see the Tech was crushed that he was stuck in the middle . I asked him if this happens frequently, and he just sighed you could tell it does. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do, guarantee you will see long term issues. Why you should never review immediately. I built a garage on a 60 year old house with a carport in 93. That thing lasted 28 years with not one flipping issue, not 1!!!! These garage door companies are scum of the Earth good luck.

Elite was able to come out right away and repair the same day.. Nick was very nice and knowledgeable. Was able to communicate with my home warranty company and get both springs covered. Definitely recommend.

Rep-Jay surveyed damage and said door unrepairable.. sold us upgraded door and told us the service call would be applied to our deductible. After 4 months and tons of excuses, they charged me for the service call and the manager Amelia then said her dad died and she was too busy to check on my problem. This company sucks plain and simple. If I could give less stars I would.. My response to owner… Thank you for your extremely quick response to my social media review of your company’s handling of our garage door repair charges. Jay told both myself and husband, the service call fee would be applied to our deductible. That is a fact. You charged the service fee. That is a fact. It was not applied toward our deductible. That is a fact. Amelia called to let me know her family member passed, so she was too busy to resolve our matter. That is a fact. Dave Levy left a voicemail that he would check out this matter and call my husband on Thursday 9/30…no call again.. that is a fact. Lots of excuses for very bad business behavior, up to and including a family death…that is a fact. Good business ethics + practices = happy and returning customers…you have a BBB review rating of 1.5 out of 68 reviews. The facts speak for themselves. Taking advantage of seniors in an emergent situation is appalling.

They did a nice job on the repair it's self. They are in no hurry to get started. Was told during the initial quote process would be done with a week. I paid the next day. The person taking my money said she would be in contact. That should have been my first sign. I did not hear from them for a couple weeks. I called to get an update but had to wait another week for the scheduler to call. I was then informed they were usually 8 weeks out and do not offer a refund. Finally got a call about 6 weeks that it would be done that week and would get a call for exactly when they would be out. I did not receive that call they just showed up. The concrete need to settle so they were supposed to be out Friday. Again, no call and no show. I called again the following Tuesday because there was no show Monday. I was told they would be out by end of day. Again a no show. They finally showed the next day but just did the work and left. Never even knocked to show off their work. Over all disappointed with this company and would not recommend.

Elite Garage Door and Gates is the worst company I have dealt with in Arizona. I ended up paying approximately double for a lesser garage door opener than a competitor quoted. I chose Elite because they could install the opener sooner. The price quoted to me was half of what the tech wanted to charge. He was not transparent regarding prices, but, I should have been a more defensive customer, so bad on me. He also installed a wireless switch in the garage that required a 4-digit code. I called Elite and asked for the standard switch. The original tech called back about a week later stating the wireless switch was required because of bad wiring. He quoted an $800 minimum for an electrician to come out to fix the wiring. The wiring was faulty, but it was a simple fix that only cost about $100. The arm attaching the opener to the door fell off about two weeks after the installation. Additionally, the property manager discovered the sensors were incorrectly placed and not according to code. I asked Elite to have another tech come out and inspect the work, explaining it’s only human nature for the original tech to defend his work. They refused. In fact, management refused to talk to me or my property manager. To be clear, the telephone customer service reps were professional, but powerless. Promises for call backs from managers went unfulfilled. Bottom line…there are better alternatives for your precious time and money than Elite.

My experience with Elite Garage Doors was exceptional. Nick was very personal, and provided his recommendations and different options around servicing my garage door and installing a new opener. I had a small issue with my outlet after Nick left. He left me his card. I gave him a call and he walked me through troubleshooting. We figured it out and my garage is the quietest in the neighborhood. I recommend Elite Garage Doors heavy.

Nick was excellent. He showed up on time as scheduled - same day service - and quickly identified the issue and recommended a solution that was cost effective and the work was completed within 1.5 hrs and we had a working garage door again! I will always recommend him and Elite Garage door.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with! I called to get my gate repaired and was told that the gate receiver and a band was out. They replace that and they leave and gate is still broken so I have to call almost every day to get an answer because every time I call I am told that they have to let a manager know to call me back. At first I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they had the wrong number so on the next call I let them know my name and number and what hours work best and same thing no call then finally after calling back countless times I get someone who schedules to look at this again and I am told its actually the mother board and its going to be in the thousands to replace. Would never do business with this company no values and will not call you back leave you waiting for weeks even when you prepay the whole $ 800 plus dollars to them.

My garage door suddenly broke late afternoon on a Sunday. A friend gave me this number and a nice young man came out and spent 2 hours taking the door apart and repairing it. I was shocked at the quick and courteous response. They have my highest recommendation.

Elite garage doors did an awesome job repairing my door. The technician responded on time. Kept me informed the entire time and didn't take as long as I thought. I will call them again .
