Precision Images

I’ve used Precision Images twice for rapid turnaround 2-3 business hours which I didn’t think was even possible. But they not only delivered on my crazy timeframes, but did so with a top quality print job both times and with excellent customer service and communication. Their prices, when compared to big box corporate retailer, are incredibly competitive. Highly recommend!

Five stars and high fives!! seriously! The world could run more efficiently if only it was run by these guys! Heather and her printing crew did a rush job for coaches gifts for some local little league coaches. Guys! 48 hours turn-around! At least 10 other places ... no dice! Wow, just wow! They are my go-to! They should be yours too!

Awful quality control. Every poster had print lines, representative clearly didn’t know the paper when I was asking questions, cut lines are off, sizing was off. NOT precise. Not quality. Not reliable.

Simply the best print shop in Portland. Time and time again, Precision has come through for us meeting our needs and exceeding our expectations. They are super reliable, friendly and just good at what they do. I've had the pleasure of touring their facility and even learned what a Peep Squirrel Binding was - one of my favorite go to bindings! We have worked with many printers over the years until we found Precision. This company is an absolute pleasure to work with and we haven't looked back since we found them. Erica, our account manager is amazing! She has been able to pull off some really wacky ideas of mine that other companies wouldn't touch and is fast and on-the-ball with getting proofs done quickly. The old adage about companies being quick, fast or good doesn't apply to them. They have regularly printed things for us the day we ordered it. The print quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. We direct all our design clients to them as well now. Precision will have our business for the foreseeable future.

I have been working with Precision Images for a little over 3 years now. I have been using their services for work, and they are ALWAYS SPEEDY! I think I've only ever had one issue with a print, and I gave them a call and had it corrected right away! I have also contacted them for a personal print and they were quick to respond and give me a quote. I really appreciate a business who cares it doesn't hurt that they're amazing and super fast either!

Don and the team were OUTSTANDING. Within an hour of my query email after business hours I was called by Don and he helped walk me through the options for the decal I needed. Incredible customer service, constant communication, great rate, and an insanely fast turn-around in time for the holidays. I highly recommend them for any display needs that are retail oriented, the Precision Images crew knows what they're doing and will not let you down!!
