Precision Recovery

My Truck was repossessed by this company. One of the ladies in the office was super nice and the other gave my husband some attitude and proceeded to tell us that they had no idea where our stuff from the truck was. My husband finally told them to either call the owner or he was calling the police. They came back and told him that our stuff was in a pile in the shed. They took off the license plates and have no idea whether or not we have the registration and insurance card. Then he goes out to the truck and it was clean on the outside when they picked it up and it looked like when we came to pick it up like they went off-roading in my truck. There was mud on the undercarriage and in the engine compartment along with grass. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not at all impressed with this company but the woman in the front office who was nice to my husband, I thank you.

They might repo your car but they treat you with dignity in the process.

I had my car repoed from this company and when I went to receive it I had stuff missing my license plates were taken off which I don't know why my car also tells me how many miles till empty and when they took it had a 140 miles till empty and I picked it up and had 39 miles till empty so not only do they take stuff from your car they also drive it around and you can definitely tell they searched every inch of your car for whatever they want to take everything in my car was misplaced with stuff taken I mean the worst part about it is you already getting punished with your car being taken from you also the extra fees and then you got to deal with thieves that take it this is beyond ridiculous this company needs to be reviewed by authorities or officials that are in charge of making sure companies run correctly or something because this is ridiculous

The people where nice... BUT. When I handed the lady the money she got a slight additude with me cause she didn't have enough money in her drawer to give me... got to my car and my stuff was in black walmart trash bags....... smelled good in there but that's not the point. I got in my car and as I'm looking around. My sunglasses clips are gone. My glove box that had my papers from the dealership I got it from.... GONE so is my registration GONE. They left my car a mess. Bigger than it was when they came and took it. Today I'm going to go through the trash bags and I hope I find what is missing.... oh and the sticker they had on my windshield... left residue on it.... now I have to figure out how to get it off...... but here's a plus I have a plastic piece that falls down if something bumps it. Well it had been knocked down and the gentleman out side fixed it for me and he was very nice.... only thing that was good.

They like tow to cars and not install brake lights from their tow truck. Major safety issue and against the law.
