Great mechanic that I really feel I can trust. He helped me with an oil change, inspection, and some fluid work. In comparison to other mechanics, I felt this inspection was, one free with the groupon I had, but also very helpful and thorough. I feel confident in knowing what the actual problems are with my car. As I worked on these, I ultimately felt trustworthy of their advice, their prices were generally competitive or better, they were very smart, and Javier is extremely understanding. I had to stop because of expenses and he made this to not be a tense moment. He's an extremely personable and kind guy, from my experience. Another plus, I never had to wait forever for help! I recommend them if you need some car help.

I would give them zero star if there is the option. They are liars and treat their customers like trash. I bought a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation at this store. I called them in the morning before I left home, asking them if they are OK with me bringing my own oil and filter. They told me OK. But when I got there, the guy at the front desk kept whining that they won't make money if I use my oil and filter. And they wanted to charge an additional $7.99 which I never got charged before in my last two visits. After waiting for more than 2 hours, they called me saying that they can't get the canister off for the filter change, and they want to charge me $90 if it breaks. I told them the canister costs less than $30 online. Then the guy at the service desk just refused to serve me and asked me to leave. They did not even finish the work on my car. This is so ridiculous! If you want to make money, do it in an honest way. Don't bait your customers and scam them. Save your time and go somewhere else. update: Their district manager Dan called me after 2 days to apologize and offered free oil change to make it up. At least someone from precision auto tune cares about their reputation and customers.

Great place. Good service. They threw in free tire rotation and wind shield fixes because we had to wait for our car a bit.

I've been a customer here for months now. I appreciate the mechanics here. Because I've become a regular customer, waiting isn't a problem. They offer free WiFi and the waiting room is pretty cozy. Javier is one of the mechanics there and he's pretty freaking amazing. So far I've brought 2 cars to him and he takes great care of it. He's always giving me tips on what to look out for and always giving me second opinion. He compares his prices to others right in front of me and sends me to other great mechanics that can take care of what he can't. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Javier is wonderful and has proven to show his professionalism multiple times. I recently went in to get an oil change which by the way is the cheapest in the area and he has warned me of other issues multiple times. He even gave me a list of other needed requirements in which I said I would do on my own. Being very busy, I never got to it. I had several issues with my car and the total cost was too expensive. He had no intention to sweep my bank account and helped me out with a financial plan to help pay if off. He is a very old fashioned professional like myself and we agreed on a payment plan by a handshake of trust. That style shows true care for his customers and doesn't just care about the money in their wallets. I seriously suggest everyone go to Precision Auto Care for any car related requirements.

They've been my auto repair place for years and years for every car we have. Javier and Bud and their team are super! Excellent service! They stand behind their word, and where my previous auto shop did not repair a long term problem, they did! I could go on and on about how great they are, but I don't have all day. I'm 56, and they're the best I've had my whole life!

Beware of those guys. They fool around with your car if you don't book additional business! I am now the third person, whom I know it happened to. After an oil change they wanted to offer a brake pad removal for the front for 175$ and spark plugs exchange 1.3hours for 225$, with way longer working time than any factory dealer would propose. So they adjust your tire pressure without asking. Mine was perfect at 32psi all around and after it was 28 left rear and 36 front right and the tire pressure monitor system went on. Potential additional business for them, but everyone could fix this them self. Will never go there again, and strongly advise not to use.

Amazing experience. Their group-on deal is awesome. $17 for oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. Not sure how the rest of their prices compare. Treat Javier with respect and he will help you out. Thanks Javier!

Fast, friendly, top notch service. Even purchased the wrong conventional oil change service on Groupon but was still afforded the appropriate discount and service was upgraded to full synthetic for difference in cost, completed in about 40 minutes... easy breezy. Definitely rolling back through for my next service. Note: don't bother with Groupon, they've already got the same in-house discount for the services offered by Groupon. Save yourself the extra headache.
