Preferred Heating & Air

In February of 2024 I attempted to install a water softener by myself. I didn't do so great so I called Preferred heating and cooling to see if they could help. They came out and saved the day. I paid and thought that was the end of it. In May of 2024 I noticed there was a slow leak on one of their 3/4 Pro-press Ball valves. I called to have it repaired under warranty and they came out and repaired the problem. In July of 2024 another one of their installed 3/4 Pro-press ball valves started leaking, again. I called again, they came out again, and repaired the valve, and also left quite a mess in my basement, multiple copper burr's and a large amount of spilled water. I received a bill in late August and they charged me to repair their faulty installed valve. I contacted them in August and they stated they would call me back. They never contacted me. I received another bill in September, so I contacted them again and they assured me it would be covered under warranty. Here we are in October and they sent me yet another bill for the July service which should have been covered under warranty. Bottom line, they do not stand by their work and this has been a huge headache I wouldn't wish on anyone else.

Called to have an LP line looked at to be fixed, Mitch showed up and had it fixed in 30 mins! Awesome service, will be using this company in the future.

Thank you to Preferred Heating and Cooling for replacing our furnace, through Semcac. We are so grateful to have heat again. I've lived in this house for 20 years and never remember a morning where I woke feeling toasty warm. There was always a chill in the air. Not anymore, Billy and Brady replaced our furnace and now we are warm, every morning is warm and it feels wonderful A special thanks to Jane for lining it all up.
