My overall experience was fantastic with premier adoption. I am a birth mom and everyone at the agency made me feel very comfortable and warm about my decision. I found my case worker Karla very supportive. I still speak with her till this very day. She helped me find my doctors, and just overall helped me on a very personal level during my pregnancy and after care. Emotionally everyone was very sensitive and heartfelt about whatever decision I made. There was NO pressure. I know this decision was what was best for our families and they supported me the whole way which helped me through the whole process a lot. I was nervous at first but they assured me that whatever decision I made they would help. Communication was also very important I could txt or call my caseworker Karla anytime I needed to talk, or cry, or need advice. She was truly like a fairy god mother. I love her she’s the best! My over all rating would be a 10/10 experience. I wish more birth moms that were thinking of adoption would know more about premier. Literally heaven sent! Thank you for listening! And I hope this changes more families lives!

When you do an open adoption make sure u ask for picture that are not blurry or the baby crying because Premier doesn’t care how the adoptive parents treat you. Read the paperwork carefully! If premier tells you as a birth mother you are doing open adoption make sure they put your post placement it in the adoption decree or else it is not enforceable. Get a copy of the adoption decree and make sure the agreement is enforceable.Adoptive parents still hold the right to terminate the post placement at anytime. So is it really open?

My wife and I adopted a baby boy through Premier Adoption Agency. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Premier Adoption. They gave us excellent support during the process. Every single person we were in contact with was amazing. The structures are professional and they have a lot of experience. We were grateful that the support for our Birth Mom was amazing. This was important to us and they showed great empathy and sensitivity in all aspects of the process. We would highly recommend using their services to any birth mothers or prospective parents. We will forever be very grateful to Premier Adoption.

Premier adoption agency allows abusive pictures to be sent to the birth moms by the adoptive parents. They do not honor any agreement that you have in writing and the attorney they provide does not help. They use your body to produce a baby so they can make a profit. I've had the pleasure of working with Ellen as a community partner for a few years now and she is always so great to work with!! She provides very efficient training for social workers in the field working with clients who might consider adoption. She's always reachable and very quick to provide brochures and education for families needing resources. I'm so happy to have Premier Adoption as a community partner for my program and it's great to have their resources available in our community. In my experience, their services are nonjudgmental which is what individuals need when exploring different options for their children. I'm happy to support this program!

Premier Adoption Agency did an amazing job helping my wife and I adopt. We were working with an agency in Colorado for three years and were never matched until we finally decided to work with a different agency. We were amazed at how fast we were matched after making the switch. Premier was able to work with our agency back in Colorado and everything was a seamless experience. Their employees are friendly and professional and were super helpful at answering our questions. We would definitely work with them in the future when we decide to grow our family.

I can not say enough amazing things about Premier Adoption Agency. Our journey with them lasted for over a year and every single person we were in contact with was amazing. We had some ups and downs throughout our adoption journey but I promise you, I never felt alone. The agency truly had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. We adopted a baby in the middle of a pandemic but everything literally went so smoothly. This agencies primary goal is to complete families. My family is one of the many families that have been completed thanks to Premier. Shortly after getting our baby my family suffered its own tragedy and the agency was there for me, checking on me and my children, and kept in contact even after the adoption was finalized. Debbie has continued to go above and beyond for my family, even after 2.5 years. I truly believe that no other agency compares to Premier. Every single person is compassionate about what they do and has the best interest for birth mothers and adoptive parents in mind. I'm so thankful for this agency. They helped complete my family with the most perfect little girl. I'm forever grateful for them. They will always be a part of my families story.

We would not have been able to build our family and adopt our beautiful baby girl if it wasn't for Premier. We were fortunate to match quickly and then the team helped us navigate the process from that point through delivery and continue to provide support as we work to finalize the adoption. We have had a great experience working with Premier Adoption as adoptive parents! We listed with them in 2019 and had frequent updates and possible situations. Debbie was great at answering any questions we had during that process. Once we matched with a birth mom the process was very smooth and we were updated regularly. Terri was our assigned worker and she was available anytime we needed anything. We were able to speak with the birth mom over zoom a couple of times before her due date and had a group chat to talk and get to know each other. When we traveled to Vegas for the birth Karla was there to guide us through the process and advocate for the birth mom. We were invited to the delivery by the birth mom and had a good experience at the hospital. Since we took our little guy home we've enjoyed an open adoption with his birth mom and updated her daily through a private account. I can't speak to her experience but from what she has said Premier was supportive and gave her tons of resources during the process. We are excited to have our little guy home and we are looking forward to continuing an open adoption with his birth mom.
