Great car service/repairs breaks, rotors, and advice on my previous Camry LE and now Lexus RX350, and great customer service. I have dealt with Warren for the last few years and he has been excellent in accommodating my schedule and providing me with a great car service every time. I took my car to this shop on Friday 8/28 to get a door painted. After speaking with Warren he assured me that my car was in good hands. He said it was going to be ready same day or Saturday the latest. I didn't hear from him until Saturday when I had to call him. He said it will be ready on Monday. I came down on Monday after he said it was ready. I was excited to see my car done but when I saw it, the paint was totally wrong, and the finish horrible. To make a long story short after wasting my time, taking several ubers back and forth, not sure when it will done, he said it was going to be more money to get the finish I want. A mirror finish no discount and no sorry for the inconvenience. My car was ready a week later 9/4. Done right this time, but Beware of this shop the owner doesn't check his painters work.Service: Painting

The people there are very friendly and tell you the truth of what you need. They had very quality skills to do everything perfectly for your car. It is my prefer place to go whenever I need to.

I brought in my car to replace two malfunctioning ignition coils because my check engine light was on. The light went away for two days but then came back on and so I went to a different auto shop to get their opinion on the car. Turns out that all the coils were old and that the shop didn't replace either of my broken coils while charging me the full amount for them. The boss also promised us that they had fixed everything. This shop tried to rob us and I will never bring my car back again.

I've known Warren/Albert for more than 15 years, from Mitsubishi to Rolls Royce, I have a lot of cars and they fix all of them much cheaper than go to the dealer.

Please don't go there. Would gave 0 star if if could, I had my car there was told only had to paid certain amount to fix my car. but later they told me there is additional fee i had to paid if im unwilling to paid this amount, they cant guaranteed if there is something else your car need to fix later.
