I loved this place at first. They were great with both of my kids and loved that they picked up my oldest from school making pick up easy. Then my youngest was constantly getting injured whether that meant pinched or bitten. Then she got bitten so hard by another child you could see the teeth marks and bruising. The dr said it was close to broken skin. When I confronted them on what would be done they gave me a blow off answer and basically I was never followed up on what would or did happen. I am sure the same child who kept biting her is the same who bit her terribly the last time. Then after that incident only 2 of the front desk girls would acknowledge me the rest were absolutely rude. Only talked if it involved a payment. No hi no bye no eye contact and sometimes would all be behind the desk laughing and talking about unrelated topics while not greeting parents. Not as professional as they should be about things.

There's no place better than Premier. I'm grateful for their care and the learning my children have gained. My family is very grateful.

Woman at the daycare are very unethical there. Especially the front desk ladies. Very rude!!

Premier Childcare does an amazing job with my children ! I couldn't ask for a better day care to place my children in. I have three children and they are all In Different divisions. But they couldn't be more happy when they go to their daycare! They are fed so well, showed love and attention , and make crazy fast progress. Learning new languages and sounds. Identifying sensory items. My children were very fussy and had a Har time expressing themselves before attending this fabulous daycare ! They can now sign language (my youngest who's a Todd! Can sign "more" and "thank you" plus many more!) they express when they don't like something , other than getting upset. They use nice words like please and thank you as well as may I , and you're welcome. I've never been more satisfied with the care of my children with this astounding daycare. All of my children , (since infants ) have grown at this daycare with the love and respect of the teachers staff and managers. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE THIS DAYCARE!

People that work the front desk are very rude plain and simple, I have witnessed that with different people not just with us, those amateurs should not be dealing with people period. My child spent 2 months there with ZERO results and kept having 2 potty accidents per day, teachers could have done a better job dealing with my child. I sent Premier Child Care a cancellation letter and took my child and enrolled him in a different daycare/school, the first week he learned 3 different songs and was able to count to 20 in English and Spanish, this week will be his 3rd week at the new daycare/school with no accident not to mention the amount of education he has learned. Parents need to reconsider where to send their children. Whoever owns Premier Child Care should re-interview all staff. One last thing, when we submitted the cancellation letter to Premier, the people at the front desk showed a major concern about the 2 week notice along with the $200 that needed to be paid which was ok with me, but the funny thing was no one showed any concern or even asked why we were taking our child out of premier, I was not surprised though as I have witnessed how children were treated there…..more like cattle that produce money.
