Premier Cleaning of Iowa City

Called on a Monday, had the carpets cleaned on a Wednesday. Great service, Steve was a pleasure to work with. Decent pricing as well. I will use them for future carpet cleaning needs and would recommend them as well!

Steve and his team have cleaned our carpets across multiple residences for several years. Thanks to Eric for another great job today! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'd love to tell you how great the carpet cleaning service is from Premier Cleaning of Iowa City, to echo the other glowing reviews posted here. However, I cannot as they never showed for the appointment I made to have my carpets cleaned. I'm frustrated enough with how apartment leasing works in Iowa City; typically carpet cleaning falls on the apartment complex. So wasting two hours waiting on a service that I never received is infuriating. I scheduled service for the last free day I will have this summer and so now I'll have to displace another appointment to supervise the service. Steve with Premier Cleaning of Iowa City may not find two hours valuable, but I do. A phone call to advise of lateness or to attempt rescheduling would have been acceptable, if a little disappointing. In the least, answering the phone or returning the voice mail messages I left (an hour after the scheduled appointment) would have shown some concern for the situation. In the end, I got neither of these showing that Premier Cleaning of Iowa City has a complete lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend Premier Cleaning of Iowa City to anyone for any purpose. Based on other reviews, they are very good... when they show up. However, based on my own experience, they may not show up at all.

I called several places looking to have th upholstery cleaned in my car. Premier was MUCH less expensive than anyone else I called. I'm not saying they were cheap but the price fairly reflected the size of the job. The customer service was very good and the job was completed thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

I can't tell you how great of a job Steve and Seth do at Premier. We have had our carpets cleaned several times with terrific outcomes everytime. I sell flooring, and recommend Steve to every customer who asks, with great feedback. He has cleaned my families flooring (carpet and tile) as well as friends' flooring and everybody loves him. Very professional, well dressed, and great service. Steve would get 10 stars if it were and option.
