Called the dealership because I was interested in purchasing a car. One of the salesmen didn’t stop calling me until I finally came in. Once I got there we sat and built the T150 exactly how I wanted it. I was told I would get the car in 3 months. Got my total price of $40k and gave them a deposit. Was supposed to get email notifications with updates on the production of the car and estimated dates never did. Kept calling the salesman and he said he’s not in or he just wouldn’t pick up. I even called him once when I was outside watching him pick up the phone and tell me he’s not in today. Anyway 13 months later I get a call the van is coming in 2 days make insurance ready. 2 weeks pass and still nothing so I decided to take a drive down there and to my surprise the van is there and nobody called me to tell me it’s there. Now I come in to pick up the van and they hit me with a new sticker price of $45k due to increased costs of materials within the 13 months. Ok fine. BUT on top of that they now want 10k over sticker. After being totally shocked since I sat built the car and waited 13 months the GM said he would 7k over sticker. Got him down to 6k over sticker. They tell me all the salesmen in the dealership are just waiting for me to walk out mad and reject the car so they can go sell it for 15k over. I waited patiently much longer than I agreed and expected to and I don’t believe I should’ve paid anything over sticker. The sticker was already 5K more than my original build. It’s not like I walked in and chose something sitting in their lot which then I’d sort of understand. I waited for a car that I ordered and i have the paperwork. And the car isn’t exactly how I built it. Certain things they told me would be that aren’t.
The sales agent was very helpful. I got the new Ford Escape the next day! He helped me called the insurance company, install the Ford App, walked me through all different features of the car. I never drove a Ford car before. I found that easier than reading the manual.
Excellent experience. Mr. Jonas is kind, empathetic, and honest. He had our vehicle expeditiously repaired. The work was professionally done. I recommend this dealership above others.
my experience at this dealership has always been poor. This last transaction could have been adequate, but when I made a request to have the warrantee removed from my order, they still put it on and now I have to wait 30 days for it to cycle off and I cannot do what is necessary with the vehicle. This dealership does not listen to the customer and they do things which are deceiving
The service here was great! The Salesman Nat and the people who work here was a big help. They are very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and helped us find the right one. Definitely come here for the best deals!
Abdoul Very helpful. I told him the bronco sport I wanted, color and build. With my busy schedule their team went out of their way to accommodate me. I hate dealerships And car shopping, but this experience was quick and efficient thanks to their team.
John, Frank and Rick at Brooklyn Ford Premier needs customer service training. Returned my car back to the shop for the fourth time in two weeks for the same problem. John told me the car was finish twice and I can come pick the car up. I stopped what I was doing to get my car, only for John to tell me he mix up cars up, it wasn’t my car that needed to be pick up. That was my first trip. Second, time the car was worked on calipers, break system, and control arms was worked on, but they forgot to replace the shocks. Took back the fourth time, this time I told John I wasn’t using him for my point person. Rick, was given the paperwork by the other point person I selected. He didn’t acknowledge me until 15 minutes of waiting to mechanic and I to go out for a test drive. That is another thing, I don’t believe the mechanics test the cars after working on them. I went over to asked Rick to asked if her was the mechanic coming with me for the test drive, that was when he told me the car needed shocks. It was in the pervious notes to be done. John didn’t mention that to me before and I told him to fix everything. Frank, did not address the me about the situation at all. He looked at me and worked his bald head right by without saying a word. Rick, told the point person to charge me for parts and labor. Two hundred plus for front and back shocks and labor. Total $850. After I paid $2300.00 prior. Ford Premier Brooklyn I will never refer any customers to you.
I wouldn’t recommend this place because the Service department agents are rude & don’t know how to treat their customers. I have asked them to check my collant system & flush them because their probably air in the system but all they did is check the level of the fluid & added some collant, which they charge me $169. I asked the mechanic about the noise & he told me there are millions of parts on the car & it can be from anywhere. Asked them to do oil change & check all around the car. All they did was change oil & charge me $109, which is usually cheaper & they didn’t even bothering rotating tires or anything. Overall, this place is not worth coming. It will be completely waste of your time & money.
My first time I came to this dealership in April I had Jonas. He was amazing and made my experience an amazing one. Fast track to this month, my car broke down with no warning last week Monday even and had her towed to here around 1 am. Tuesday they called me and of course I went. No problem because I had trusted them with my baby. Later on that day I got constant phone calls about her and they told me that I had a issue about my horn and to get it replaced from where I got her. Sure no problem. Why am I giving them a one star? I’ll tell you. Later on that day for pick up, I paid 807.97 for the diagnostic test, a battery for my car, an oil change and a spare key. I asked for a copy of the diagnostic test and they said it wasn’t done yet. But I paid for it. An oil change was not done due to the issue with my horn. Now mind you, I paid for it. I was told that I can get it done somewhere else and it should be okay, and I said I paid for it to be done here. 5 days later on Tuesday, after constantly calling after I left my car in their care, mind you haven’t heard from them, nor they haven’t answered my calls, I went and asked for my car back. Never will I ever bring my baby back there ever again. Plus I will be requesting my money back by corporate or the courts. If I can’t get this recall fixed, I will look into trading my for in for another vehicle.
Been leasing and financing for 22 years. Love their cars. I only deal with miguel diaz hes honest and can get you good deal package. Hes there from MondayTues, thurs fri Sat, insist in seeing him. Timothy the credit manager the one deals with credit app. I preordered all black Ford fusion se 2019. All accessories. Good deals! See him today till 6pm
