Ordered a 9 ton sand delivery. They scheduled it for noon the next day but never showed. I called 30 min. later, they're running behind schedule and will deliver at 2pm. Called again at 2:15pm, cause they'd never call me, and they're supposedly loading up the truck. Called again at 3:40pm to cancel the order since they still hadn't shown up. Or called. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere! Truly terrible customer service.

Picked up 5 tons of crushed rock. Their prices were 30-50% less than the other local competition, and the crew at the desk was friendly. They were recommended by my mason for getting custom replacement brick, and when I saw their prices on crushed rock, that was a bonus.
