I asked for written quote. Brad on call told me will email quote. I got nothing in 3days. Also called on the phone. No answer ,.left a voicemai. No response..still waiting.... 5days now , still waiting for quote. Got excuses such as was out of office, waiting for manager to give quote. Sent text, called no answer..left voice message...still don't have DVR quote

Once you sign up you will never hear from them again. No offers to upgrade to newer equipment, no loyalty offers for a free sensor or a newer camera or a doorbell camera. The occasional email asking for a review. If you do have to call them you will wait in voicemail for a long while unless you opt for the call back. The website is not user friendly. It's just words and stock photos and not designed to be used. Just try and look for a log in. Does the service work? Yes. It's fine. Does the app work? Yes. it is adequate. I just wanted a little more. I went with Vivint smart home. Updated equipment, nicer wall pad that acts like a tablet. Doorbell camera. easy to use app for the phone, more motion sensors for windows and doors. Great customer service and a website that is easy to navigate.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but since its not a option I'll give 1. This place is a rip off I would highly recommend not going through them they are a scam! I signed up with them got the 3 cameras and the ADT security system for in my house. At first it seemed like an amazing deal the guy came out to set it up and didn't finish setting up one camera after spending 8 hours at my house said he would be back a week later never heard from him again called the company and talked to them and they were supposed to send someone out and never did. So I asked if I could get into a cheaper package without the cameras mind you they don't work and they said no and if I wanted to cancel I'd have to pay 1600 so now I'm stuck paying 64$ a month nothing. When I messaged them on Facebook I was blocked for asking them about the situation or to atleast make it right and come fix them. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

ADT is great! My problem is with the police dept. My alarm went off, ADT called it into the police, and they showed up 1 1/2 hours later. What good is that?
