We hired 2 buses to bring out of town guests to a wedding and then shuttle guests back to hotel or a downtown dance club after the reception. Buses ran on time. Drivers were helpful and patient with some drunken partiers at the end of evening. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY

I booked a minibus with Premier on May 8th for a field trip with my students on May 16th. I created a member profile with the representative over the phone and scheduled the bus without issues. I was told I would receive the invoice after the trip occurred. Today is the day of the trip and no bus arrived. It took me 20 minutes and several calls to get through to someone and was then told my reservation was never put in the system. I just had to send my 20 upset students back to class and our Redbirds tickets are wasted. I am very disappointed with Premier and will not be working with them or recommending their service in the future.

SHADY COMPANY!!! Our planner recommended this company as they had been used many times before. Everything seemed legit, until we got our final estimate. We were charged for 3 hours extra for travel time!! When we received our original estimate, if this company was used so many times before and knew the distance it took to get to Holly Springs, MS, how come they didn't include this in there original proposal? Or use that thing called google? Crazy it gives you distance times to and from a location! Until we fought it, they would have charged us for a 2 hour return time, but only a 1 hour arrival time from the business to our pick up points. THAT IS CRAZY! I am a wedding planner and never have I had a company try such shady dealings. Only positive of that night was the driver was quite a nice guy from our guests experience and quite professional. From previous reviews it goes to show that they do NOT have a coordinator who know how to properly run a business!
