The services where excellent! My massage therapist Took their time and did their job. The scenery was lovely I will go back again. So you ask yourself why the 4 stars? I had to bring my own towel and toiletries but Being charged full price for accommodations that were not given to me. That is literally the only complaint I have.

I had a great experience here, the staff are nice. The salt room and the rooftop jacuzzi are great. The only thing is that the food is not that great.

Love this soa. Always tranquil and clean! Cannot wait for my next visit.

Been there last week. It was nice and quiet. Didn't try food or drinks. Just went with friend for massage and jacuzzi. We really had good time relaxing

The staff was friendly and accommodating! Beautiful amenities! Great places to take cute pictures with string lights and a floral backdrop. The facial was amazing! I love that there's a bar too

We understand that premier57 can't offer towels, etc, because the covid. But what we don't understand is, if they taking out those essential services, how is that possible they keep the same entry fee. So now we have to bring our own stuff and still paying the full price. Not fare at all.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy your day. The place was very clean and timely. It was abit pricey tho.
