Great experience. I only had a backpkash in my kitchen dobe. Easy to deal with. Sent me to tile distributors for additional selections. Work done neatly & timely. Next time I need flooring I will definitely shop with premiere flooring!
Very knowledgeable. Good selection. Install quote more than hiring your own contractor but in the ballpark. But I'm going to be honest. I didn't like how I was treated as a woman. As an example, We had researched and knew about what we wanted. I picked up a sample and brought it to my husband and then was told, "oh the wife knows what she wants" and then the sales person laughed at me. All conversation was directed to my husband and not both of us. I just didn't appreciate it - and then ultimately went with someone else due to feeling so uncomfortable in there.
Had a vinyl floor installed in my home. Shortly after install I brought up issues regarding the floor being very noisy and having noticeable flexing in several areas. I was told to give it time to settle in. We gave it a few months and the problems persisted. I reached back out to my salesma. But never received a call back. I also contact the owner who promised to come take a look at the floor but has yet to call or visit my home. Very disappointing considering that premier flooring provides for a satisfaction guarantee on 4 or 5 star products which is what we purchased.
Wonderful group of people. Reasonably priced. From choosing material and explaining the product, to install, everyone we worked with was professional, helpful, and pleasant. We couldn’t be happier with the results
Gary and his team did an amazing job on my new flooring. I was dealing with an insurance claim and he and his sales team and install crew all made the process very smooth. I had to push the install back a few months, cause I had to find the right time to be out of the house for the install and Gary was very understanding and friendly. I had very old flooring and they were able to replace it on time with no issues. I would highly recommend them.
Kevin was very helpful and professional, he was able to advise on my flooring project and how to prep so the problem areas are no longer noticeable. Gary scheduled the job quickly and made sure the crew had detailed instructions, they finished on time without any unexpected charges. Everyone made sure that I was happy with the flooring and installation every step of the way - would recommend!
Great experience from start to finish. Kevin was patient in the choosing of the tile and offered other options when we were not quite sure. Not pushy, and Was understanding of our needs and budget. Install was great. They took their time to do it right. Clean up was remarkable. Results were fantastic and a definite improvement to our home. Do not hesitate to contact them. I honestly can’t think of one negative experience with these guys.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Although our order was very small, Kevin treated us awesome. He was very patient, knowledgeable, & helpful in helping us choose the perfect marble mosaic t o match our new shower. Before meeting with him, I felt overwhelmed and frustrated that I would not find exactly what I wanted. Kevin showed us several options and even had me go meet with a representative from the manufacturer to make sure it was the best match! We will definitely go back for our next remodeling project!
I'm very happy with my new flooring from Premier! They have a great variety to choose from, competitive prices, and excellent service. Our salesman, Kevin, was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The installer, Tim, did beautiful work. The owner, Gary, oversaw the process and kept in touch. Great customer service!!! Although I had a very small order, I was treated as their most important customer. Kevin took the time to search for all tile which might fit my needs. When I still had not found what I was looking for, he took the time to direct me to his wholesalers' showrooms. I priced tile at various showrooms, and found Premiere's prices were the most competitive. I met with Kevin multiple times & was as always greeted with a smile & patience. He understood that although my order was small, it was extremely important to me. I would also like to mention that the owner Gary, made a special trip to the tile distributer to pick up my order & ensure it was received by my installation date. My backsplash has been installed & is beautiful! Don't waste your time at other flooring dealers. You will find the best customer service & pricing at Premiere Flooring.
