Premium Parking - P142

Don’t park here unless you want your windows busted out and your belongings stolen! They charge an arm and a leg for “24/7 monitored” parking, yet auto burglary is rampant on their lot. They are quick to come out and boot you but won’t send anybody out to stop thieves. It’s a small lot and a dozen parked cars had been burglarized. Broken glass EVERYWHERE, not even safe to walk on the asphalt.

I will never park here again. For the Sugarbowl game I felt being outside this was a safe place to park. Over 10 vehicles got broken into and windows smashed. No security here. Please do not park unless you want you vehicle broken into by thugs.

My car was booted after an evening performance at the Saenger. The kiosk malfunctioned and did not ask for my license plate. $30 to park for 3 hours and a $115 Booting charge. To their credit, after reporting it to American Express, they refunded the boot fee. Parked here for years without incident, but never again. A 70 something couple down on the asphalt with and iPhone flashlight trying to remove a boot due to a machine error may sound funny, but at 10:30 at night in downtown New Orleans, it's not.

Our car was broken into along with the car next to us. There glass everywhere and while we were waiting to file a report a guy walked up and his car had been stolen. The parking was so expensive and there’s nothing we can do but eat the cost.

Seems like a convenient place to park, but it is a smash and grab hot spot. We were in a show for 2 hours and came back to find a window busted and everything within arms reach of that window gone. We walked around the lot looking to see if our stuff might have been dumped and instead found broken window glass everywhere. Obviously, a regular occurrence. There is a parking garage next door. It may be less convenient, and a little more expensive, but it could save you a lot of money and trouble in the long run.

DO NOT park here!!! Thieves will break in your car. I avoided parking here during a week vacay across the street. Patrons witnessed cars being broken into. It's an open lot, and there isn't any security. Not worth the risk!!!

Don't park here! Even the police didn't help! Also, the truck next to me was stolen and still police never came to the scene!

U pay that much for parking, you would expect a little security. There is zero. They are making a fortune and provide nothing but the use of a small very small piece of pavement. The only thing they spend money on is the guy to put a boot on if u go over a few minutes.

There for Lundi Gras,able to enter W/no Traffic.Observed very DISTURBING scene,Car trying to exit Garage! Driver/Passenger YELLING at Attendant! Passenger exited Car,was attempting to BREAK Arm off!

This place had safe parking while I visited my home city.
