They don't care about providing good service they just want your money! We were literally charged $140 for a 22 minute time lapse; parking expired at 10:26am and the ticket and boot were issued at 10:48am. No grace period after spending about $125 for the weekend. A previous reviewer said it best - this is a predatory business. Use them as a last resort or not at all.
WARNING WARNING WARNING10/9/22 Our rental and 4 others had at least 1 window broken out due to thieves. $60.bucks a night no security awful.
It's prepay pricing is nice if you can estimate the time but they scam you for exorbitant rates to add marginal time, whether or not you need it.
Small parking lot, but that's what I wanted. $21 dollars for 6 hours is a pretty good price for being so close to downtown. Easy to get to and app was easy to use on the phone.
Walk out to my car and 5 of the 25 cars in the lot have their windows shattered and broken into. Could at least have a fake security camera to overlook the place or some sort of security.
good location but expensive. $50 for 10 hours and $40 for 4. walk a few blocks down save some cash.
It gave the option of how you can pay to save money and sent an email.
