I am late getting a bill and will not list what I have received. Just an amount. 1 time bill was for $8.63. 4 month later $42.80 and never said for what. Called and got run around. Not like this when another group owned. Can never get on the phone either to discuss Help!

This company is completely irresponsible and poorly managed. Destroyed my lawn and driveway with their delivery truck rutting up my yard next to the driveway, then refused to repair the ruts, stopped answering the phone and then had the nerve via a Dan or Don Smith who saw the damage and boldly thought it was no big deal. If you want irresponsibility this is it!

If I could leave a zero I would. We've not gotten water since September. Just started to going to refill the bottles myself. They won't even answer the phones and you can't leave a message. Terrible service!

I have been calling for a week now, can't get anyone to answer the phone. The mailbox is full and will not let me leave a message. Was suppose to deliver water last week, but still have not gotten any water.
