Presbyterian Urgent Care

Prior to pediatric urgent care being moved to this location, I never had an issue. My son went in, got an x ray of his arm, the results were negative according to the radiologist and doctor only to find out 3 weeks later there was a clear fracture pointed out from our initial encounter of xrays found by his primary care. New x rays now show the fracture has worsened. I would rather sit in the ER for 12 hours then return to this location to receive a mislead result.

Everyone was great except for the doctor. I felt rushed out and I felt as though she didn't do a thorough exam on my child. I expected alot more from a pediatric only urgent care. I will continue to go to the Las Estancias location where my child gets the care and attention that he needs.

I was weary of this place because of some of the reviews, but the front desk lady's were nice and the doctor was also very nice. Everyone I had to deal with was really nice. It did take 1 1/2 hour's from the time I showed up to the time I left. Still a lot better than the ER, I'd go again if I have to.

I have been to almost every urgent care in the city and this one by far treated my son the best. The staff was incredibly friendly and the doctor knew exactly what she was talking about. The place was clean and very little people were there. We were in and out in an hour. You need to schedule an appointment online before going in!! Will go here from here on out. I dont know why we didn't go to this one sooner.

This is the ONLY place I go. I am a caregiver and this is also where I bring my clients. The wait has NEVER been more than 10 min in the waiting room or more than 20 minutes in the patient room. The staff goes above and beyond. Kind, understanding, and empathetic. I love this place.

The team was excellent with my care! They were very busy and still managed to stay attentive to my needs. I’m grateful. I highly recommend this clinic.

The whole experience was great. We did have an appointment but were running late. One other person was waiting. After being checked in we waited not even 5 minutes. Was seen by a doctor within 5 minutes. She was amazing with my sick 1 year old and made him feel very comfortable.

Made an appointment online before going in. Was checked in and seen by a doctor within 30 mins of arrival. Great experience!

Nurse was great, very nice and understanding. The doctor was incredibly condescending and unhelpful. She spent two minutes with me and already seemed to have a diagnosis before she saw me. She didnt look at my chart and when I asked about the diagnosis she was extremely condescending about it. I know I will end up in the doctor's office later this week. I will never go here again.

This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to they don't accomodate the walk ins and when you do get your so called "spot" your still waiting 20 min or more past your appointment when you've already been here for 1.5hrs or more!!! Plus the front office is to lazy to asked the back when you want to know how much longer it will be!!!! DONT COME HERE!!!!!
