Becky Shanks is a certified clinical hypnotherapist who incorporates Reiki and singing bowls into her hypnosis sessions.

Story

My mission is to use the power of hypnosis to foster positive change in the world... One mind at a time.

I have had great success helping people quit smoking and drinking, lose weight, calm anxiety, cope with depression, conquer insomnia, build self esteem and confidence, as well as overcome fears, phobias and undesirable habits.

I have helped women prepare for natural, drug-free childbirth; hypnotized vegans to eat meat; hypnotized carnivores to stop eating meat... I taught a woman to drink more water using hypnosis.

Whatever the challenge, I believe hypnosis can help hone any skill or overcome any obstacle. If you are not sure if hypnotherapy is right for you, please ask! (The answer is probably yes.)
