Scheduled with them to have someone come out to look over a job and provide an estimate. Had a date and time arranged but nobody showed up when they were supposed to. About two hours after the person was supposed to arrive a technician called asking if the office had notified me that they would not be able to make it out. Nope. They said the office should be in touch the following day to reschedule, they did not call me to reschedule and I did not hear from Prestige Electric again. I had contacted three electrical companies, also All Phases and CDW, to provide quotes so Prestige eliminated themselves.

Is it acceptable to replace bad light switches with white when the entire house is off-white?! Then tell me since they don't have off white on the truck I would have to pay time to go pick them up??! They DON'T MATCH!!
