Prestige Home Improvement

I hired Prestige Home Improvement for two major projects. The first was to convert my master bedroom bathroom into a walk-in shower. I am completely satisfied with the finished product. The second project, replace all my windows, have not begun just yet. I especially like that they did exactly what they said they would do. The installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up their work area and discarded their trash in the dumpster. I'm looking forward to seeing the end results of my window replacements. We scheduled an install date.

I am so happy with my roof! I was informed when they came out about my options.i was able to get financing that worked for me right before the holidays. I only had to wait a month after approval and they came on out. They literally came out the day after the storm and got it all done in one day! They were kind, transparent and supportive. Once my roof was completed the inside of my home/office smelled better I mean the air quality changed. I was informed I have several boards that needed to be replaced and that was done. Thank you all for everything.

First and foremost, we want to thank Stephen for the initial sales presentation. He was awesome! He actually made it fun. Every question or situation we asked, he answered thoroughly and made sure that there was a clear understanding of how everything was supposed to go when it came to the milestones of selection and installation. The installers, Stephen and Kraig, we great as well. They were very patient, seeing that our daughter asked an endless amount of questions about everything that they were doing. They were punctual and very professional. Our shower looks AMAZING!! Last but not least, we want to thank AJ as well. AJ was awesome throughout the whole process from the beginning until the end.

From the start, Lucio was vary informative, he checked our power consumption and roof structure, then developed a plan for the solar panels. This was August 28. The install was scheduled for October 29th. Rain was forecasted for that day and was rescheduled for the 27th. The installation of the equipment was completed in a day and electrical wiring was finished the next day. It was a great thing to see the electrical meter moving backwards! A couple of days later VEPCO came out and replaced the meter with a new Net Meter and we are making our own power!. Yes, I know it is now Dominion Energy, but they will always be VEPCO to me. The panels look great on the roof and the electrical panels on the back of the house were wired very neatly, a sign of a craftsman. Lucio and his support team and the install crew were polite, informative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Prestige Home Improvement to my friends and family.
