I’m shocked by all these bad reviews. I sent Ryan the signed contract and he replied and confirmed that he had us scheduled. Dean, our driver was incredible. I’ve been on quite a few party buses but I’ve never had a driver as professional and considerate as Dean. He was the first off the bus at every stop we made to block traffic for us and the last one on so no one was left behind. This was the highlight of our wedding day!
We should have listened to everyone below before booking, do not waste your time booking with this company. Nine days before our wedding we got an email with some excuse saying they wouldn’t have a bus just like the reviews below had warned us about.
SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not use them! Unacceptable customer service and just human decency. A friend rented them for her wedding and after numerous attempts to get ahold of them and complaints they finally respond via iPhone…maybe take that signature off? and said no refunds will be offered and they never advertised having air conditioning when there’s proof of posts ostating they have ac. It’s 2022 in the middle of summer… didn’t even want to give ONE star to them.. trust the rating! Not worth the time, money, and frustration.
Ryan was great to work with, quick responses and a great driver! The bus was very nice! Made the day perfect.
0/5 if I could. We hired them for our wedding day and the bus didn’t have working air conditioning. We had 4 pregnant girls who had to be driven around in a car BY MY PARENTS on our big day because it was hot and no AC and we didn’t even stay on the bus because it was so miserable. There was no reconciliation on behalf of the company and I tried multiple times to reach out to them and got no response. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Wish I could leave no stars. The day of our event bachelor/bachelorette party with 40 people invited the bride got A TEXT from the company saying a bus broke down and our reservation was canceled. I understand things happen, but the customer service was awful. No empathy, no solutions. We had people from out of town come in specifically for this. We asked if they had a backup and they said yeah but it's for another party. Super unimpressed. No wonder their rating was already so low. EDIT: lololol at your response. You were on speaker phone and I heard the whole conversation. I don't remember if you actually did apologize or not, but you certainly didn't seem sorry. And SHE had to call YOU. So yeah you wanna talk about how things work? Embarrassed for you man.
We hired them to be a wedding shuttle during cocktail hour and several trips back and forth from the hotels/venue and everything went great! Thanks Dean!!
I haven't used this company yet but Ryan the owner has been very good at communicating for my party this Saturday! I've never done a party bus so kinda nervous but excited! Can't wait to see what the night brings! Thanks Ryan for ur prompt communication and me annoying you asking 100 questions lol! EDIT: So I had a blast let's say my whole group had a blast!! Thank you thank you thank you for a fun night!! I will be using y'all again next time!!
Really nice and clean bus. Driver was really friendly and helped make our brewery tour such a fun day!
0/5 if possible! Day of cancellation VIA TEXT due to bus issues. Forty people expecting this bus tonight, and when the bride called about the cancellation text, the guy on the phone was an @$$, offered to do NOTHING to help, had no back up plan, and was flat out unsympathetic and rude. Sure maintenance issues come up, but as business it's crucial to have back up plans or at least great customer service to walk your customers through any issues..strongly don't recommend booking here. **EDIT - THE OWNER'S REPLY. OMG! Thanks for affirming that this company definitely does not know how to own business... AND for varifying that the owner is INDEED a juvenile @ss. Wow. Like we all agreed, even if they didn't have a solution, having a sense of customer service and/or even apologizing would have made ALL the difference. Case and point, glad the owner showed his true colors for proof.
