Prestige Travel & Cruises

I booked a cruise for Alaska for nine people with prestige and they ashored me that it was a kids friendly boat. After getting on the boat it was a 19-year-old boat, on princess cruise with nothing for children. My whole family was very Disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone prestige or princess cruise !

Travel agent was not very helpful. Typical answer was call the cruise line. Call the airline. Call anyone else but don't bother me. Couldn't answer basic questions. An embarrassment to the industry.

way to expensive to view a huge hole in the ground, it should be free, it's in the middle of nowhere in the desert
