Tami was so friendly. She's the auto shop friend you never knew you needed. The process was smooth and she was very prompt in communicating with me. 10/10 for Tami. The service was also flawless, my new car is loving the new bra. Snug fit, very supportive!

It has Beigin very disappointing everything about Prestman Service, the customers service is extremely bad and very Rude and unprofessional, since we purchased our Honda Odyssey, we had only problems with it for repairs that they should have done from the beginning but I have bring the van four times and they have not fix the plastic protection for the right tire, that is robing on the tire every time we turn the wheel, I left my van for 5 days for a flat repair and to fix the plastic cover for the tire and ………….. I have to called 3 to 5 times a day to find out if it was ready…. But nobody answered for 3 days, I had to go personally and find out that they just finish the flat tire and the they are going to charge me $25:00, and the problem with the plastic cover they did not even lock at it and if they are going to fix it it was going to cost me $575.00, it is sad how they play with people after they sell you a car, I spoke with Taylor the store manager and after a big argument he agreed that they are going to cover the cost of the repair…… I just hope they do, We are waiting for the parts and see what happens.

Wasn't sure what to expect when you buy a car out of state, but it was worth it! I love the car and the buying experience was super easy and quick! Wyatt was great to work with!

Pretty laid back and only interested in doing the bare minimum. The truck we looked at was really dirty, with garbage in the back seat and stuff in the bed of the truck. The test drive revealed some engine issues which were waived away as no big deal. If you buy a car here be very careful to inspect everything. All of the cars are salvage titles.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Certainly the type of place I'd love to work! From reception, to the floor staff I was overall impressed by each unique interaction I had with the pleasant and diverse staff. If I'm ever in the market again, I already know where I'll be heading!

These guys were great. They pulled out 3 different cars for me to test drive of.different makes and I ultimately bought the Mazda 3 Grand Touring. Great ride, good looks and absolutely no problems at all. I would recommend these guys when looking for ni e cars. They were very easy to work with and it was nice that I was able to buy this car and not have any payments. I will be buying my next car from here as well. I love that they do not pressure you. Thanks guys for your honesty and professionalism. Will recommend to anyone I meet who will be looking to buy a.nice car with no problems. Best buying experience I have ever had in all the 8 different dealerships I have bought my other vehicles from. Cannot say enough about these guys.

Great service. NO uncomfortable pressure from the sales staff. A couple screaming good deals on commuter cars. A cool "Bullit" edition mustang painted British racing green in the showroom to admire. Will likely be back for the next commuter car.
