I'm obsessed with this place, and that is truly not something I ever thought I would say about a dry cleaner. Here's what I love about them: 1. Staff is super friendly - they remember my name and are chill if you forgot your pink slip 2. The clothes come back clean and don't smell like that weird dry cleaning smell you get sometimes 3. They will pro-actively call me and let me know if they notice a rip / tear in your clothes but then ask your permission before fixing it 4. They do really good alterations and will expedite if you ask for it - they've saved me multiple times but especially when i was going to a wedding abroad and my dress arrived late / needed to be altered with only 2 days to spareService: Eco-friendly cleaning

They do a good job, but it’s so unbelievably expensive. Maybe I’m not used to dry cleaning costs. $22 dry clean a coat +$3 because there is hair on the coat $85 to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. Just hemmed. Nothing else.

My boyfriend and I really love it here. They took a stain off my Burberry scarf and made it look brand new. The inside is super cute and they make it fun- today we won a gift card from a local pastry business from their cute scratch off game they have you participate in upon paying. The service is hands down the best. They’re so attentive to their customer’s needs. They’ll do anything you need from shoe repairs to sewing.

Dropped off a suit and a white shirt for cleaning and picked it up the next day. The suit was fine, but the shirt came back with what looks like blue pen marks and a few snags on the sleeves and the back. This was absolutely not the condition I dropped it off in. This was a shirt worn JUST one time, and had the "shield" of a jacket over it the whole time. There was no opportunity for it to be damaged at my event as there was a jacket over it. I did not wear it around any pens and had my jacket on over my white shirt, so any could-be snags would've happened on my suit, which there are none. Furthermore, I was quoted something like $3.50 for the shirt over the phone, but was charged $8.00+ for just the shirt. I would not recommend this place unless you don’t care about what could happen to your clothes.

We were visiting for a couple of weeks and needed some things professionally cleaned. We selected Presto Valet due to reviews and a recommendation by a friend. We were very pleased with the results, speed of service, and the price. We would definitely use them again if we are in the area again.

Terrible services. Went in for alterations and had to go back because they were completely off. They then charged an extra $28 after paying $40 saying they did additional work which was already paid for in the first place and the initial work was TERRIBLE. BEWARE.Service: Alterations

Took pants to get alterations...completely incorrect. Had to take the pants back and they charged an additional $30 after paying $40. Argumentative, bad customer service with sub par work.

Broadway approved and incredibly exceptional. Used for all the big shows that come to town! Fast turn around and even though the original owner retired, I'm happy Sabrina is still around the office and the service is still everything you'd expect from some new friendly faces. Always impressed and they always go above and beyond

I've been a customer since 1987 - exceptional customer service. plus excellent cleaners. The only time I had a problem, they took care of it straight away without any complaints. A+ in my book.
