I like pret, but I guess the food depends on the location. The staff is nice, but the food not so much. The chicken noodle soup was half full, and the chicken parm wrap was not properly closed or something as first I couldn't open it, and after cutting the carton, the wrap fell apart inside and was stuck on the carton.
The sandwichs are pretty good. Great atmosphere and chill spot.

Pretty food is good but I find them to be expensive for no reason. But I guess when you in a hurry and need something really fast to eat then you go to Pret.

This is one of the best Pret A Manger in NYC because of its location. Good food and good prices in a sea overpriced restaurants. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Great seating too.
Nor organization ! took 10 minutes to make a latte and it was not even made right. Milk too hot.Not satisfied at all! however food is good.
