Previn

Purchased a knife off of their website but realized I got the wrong one. I emailed with staff about exchanging the knife for a different size. They were very helpful and willing to make the exchange. A few weeks after our email exchange I went into the store to make the swap and they said I passed the exchange period which was 30 days. A fair policy but it's not stated anywhere. Even more frustrating was when I was emailing with the staff about the exchange it was after the 30 day mark. I was told to come in and exchange it but then they didn't take it?! Company was unwilling to work with me on this or accept a restocking fee. This was a $200 knife! I never plan on going back and would not recommend it to anyone. Customer service is severly lacking.

Korin in NY has better prices and better selection of products. I'm surprised to see such a bad review. Its one of the lowest reviews of ever seen for any store. Iv bin here many times the owner son is rude cocky but other then that its ok for the area. The owner was always nice sorry to hear about the loss.

As a 69 year old with wide experience cooking and going into food and cookware stores, I have never ever been treated so indifferently and so rudely as the young man did in Previn, who refused to stop texting and wait on me. I had to ask for his attention there was NO ONE in the store, he refused to help me find products, when I told him I'd seen what I wanted on their website, he told me in a most irritated voice "That doesn't mean we have them." And on it went. Finally, in exasperation I said, "You don't seem very interested in my business" to which he replied not looking at me but still busily texting, "I can't help it if you want things that we don't have in stock." I left, in a state of shock at this abysmal treatment of a polite and interested customer, and as I closed the door, he said, "I suppose we could order them if you really want them." But I just kept walking. There are dozens of other fine cookware places that would appreciate my business.

It's amazing how many great products they carry! You can find anything you need for the kitchen or front of the house. Its great to be able to shop locally and from a family owned business who has been in the neighborhood for 20 years!

I almost always find the tool or gadget I need. They have a wide selection of high quality products. Ive been happy with every purchase I made there.

Ive been standing outside for 15mins after it says they are open at 1030am. No one in sight.
