Dr. Nelson neglects his patient’s needs. He’s not respectful of his patient’s time. He will leave patient’s high and dry with no warning and have you without your medication, which has really bad side effects if stopped abruptly. I had a standing appointment and that was the only time that worked for me considering my work obligations. All he does is walk in for 10 minutes and not do anything. Not worth the money nor the time. You’re better off going elsewhere. Will never step foot in his office again.
Refused to see my child BCS we were 4 mins late. Explained very difficult child. Took two hours of begging to get her out when we did. Explained how sick she is and how she really needs this appointment. but they said she can never been seen again BCS we were late but we'll see your son. No thanks I don't want either child to come to such a cold place.
My wife has been seeing the same physician here for years, and just recently has had nothing but problems with even the simplest things during her routine visits. They’re incredibly “bill happy” and will bill you for discussing things during a visit that they consider “not covered”. She will not be returning, and is currently looking for a new physician.
My significant other has been going here for a while now but hasn’t been sick or in the office in months when she received a letter in the mail saying they wouldn’t continue to see her or fill her prescriptions. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for stability and thoughtfulness with their care. Seems like they cared for the $$$ when she was coming in and nothing else. Obviously won’t be coming to this establishment or any other that Joey works at.
My wife had been going to this facility for 20 years and during that time not a single late payment but then covid hit and times got tough and money got stretched as much as it could and 1 claim was sent to collections and they dropped her and when she tried to contest it they didn't care what she had to say or what the reason was my wife was the one who referred me to this place and I will not be going back and I will inform anyone looking for a physician to avoid this place like the plague
Dr. Obregon is WONDERFUL! She spends time answering questions and explaining things. She’s also very responsive to follow up inquiries.
No idea where the bad reviews are coming from, my family has been using them for generations and I've been treated better here than the couple other doctors I had to go to while I was away for college. Update: we just had Dr. Nelson for the first time, and he definitely gives off an air of not really caring. It's sad that such a good office has one bad apple.
I am very unhappy with this office. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer and the hospital made her appointment with her doctor. They refused to see her because she is medicaid pending and cannot pay 100.00 out of pocket. This is no way to treat sick patients when the hospital made the appointment. Karen Masingale
I was just reading the reviews and have seen the ones about the staff being rude and it made me want to post this. I am not a rich person. I have medicare and social security and that's it, Since I started going here I have never been treated with anything other than professionalism and courtesy. I have never been refused an appt because I may have a balance on my account. All the people in receptionist area have been nice to me and have done their best to accomidate me. The only thing ever negative was the first doctor I had. I saw him twice and decided to change . I didn't feel he was concerned at all. That was years ago. I see Keri Dillon now and she is the best. I'm not downplaying the previous reviewers because it's all about your personal experience. I just wanted to say I am grateful I found this place and the staff is great
We have gone to PCP for a long time, moved away, and came right back to them. I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Obregon. She is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to and advocate for her patients. She's extremely knowledgeable and kind as could be.
