Everything about their food is premium, the fillet mignon to the burgers. The meat they serve is tender juicy and it melts on your tongue. The ambiance and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The place relaxes you then fills your tummy up with the best meat you'll ever have eaten. Just know that if you feel the steak is small, it's actually the weight that matters and the temperature it's cooked at. Their fries need to be better quality and they should work on the food display. Apart from that they will win your heart over. Over all I'd visit again, I will give the restaurant a solid 9/10.
Tried pretty much all of their steaks last night. The Tomahawk was pretty decent in size but the cooking temp was incorrect. The staff did serve us a complimentary ribeye to improve the experience. The third steak, Denver oyster, was the best from the lot. Tried their classic prime 109 burger as well but that’s not their specialty so I wouldn’t recommend going here just for sandwiches. The ambiance and decor is pretty much like all the steak houses I have seen in Karachi, nothing extra ordinary.
Tried for the first time as we are a family of steak lovers. The staff is welcoming and eager to educate the guests on the various cuts. We tried the evergreen tenderloin which was tender and juicy. The huge tomahawk was a bit tough but we were warned. The ribeye also was a bit hard but finely marbled. The brisket was true to its name and well cooked for 14 hours, however the bbq saucy taste was a bit overwhelming. All in all an above average experience and will try again.
There's prime in the name and it's definitely a prime food and dining experience. Ordered fried prawns as a starter. A little too crispy with the coating crumbling, dry and overcooked, and somehow ended up tasting like fried chicken. A disappointing start. But then again, it doesn't have prawns in the name, so definitely not prime. It's okay. It does have steaks in the name, however. Ordered the Tomahawk not listed in the menu, medium rare, with mashed potatoes and assorted vegetables as the sides they were out of onion rings by that point, and two sauces only this cut gets two sauces by default, the rest have only one - birdeye and tarragon. The other one was Ribeye, medium rare, with garlic rice and mashed potatoes, and Moroccan sauce. Among the experience is the offer to cut your meat. They do it in front of you. Got that done. Good show. The cook on the ribeye was perfect, the meat tender and juicy. The taste was phenomenal, rich and fatty. The excess fat was removed during the cutting up process, sent back to the kitchen to be fried, and served again. They were really good too. The Moroccan sauce had quite a kick to it, the potatoes and rice were quite nice. The cook on the tomahawk was somewhat uneven, but even then, it was medium rare to medium, tender, lots of beef juice and buttery flavours. The rendered down marbling delivered a prime taste. Both the sauces served with it were amazing too - birdeye, spicy and tangy, tarragon, creamy and rich. Both steaks had a distinct taste to them, prominently differentiated by the rich, fatty flavour. The service was incredible, the staff friendly and helpful. The ambiance was nice enough, with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Was so much impressed by their Instagram and thought to try it there surf n turf platter from the winter special menu. The seafood was done amazingly. Also we ordered spinach dip along with other sides They we good. I just want to suggest them to have a bigger capacity for dine-in.
Oh my goodness. It was the best chicken and beef steak i ever had. Everything was so good. Mouthwatering. Excellent services and I don’t have words to explain how yummy it was.
Smoked brisket burger and animal burger was delicious, steak was good too the place is critical about keeping their steaks temp low but damn it changed our way of thinking and future orders for steaks, it was tender , delicious and juicy . Drinks were okayish but not that pricey This is a must try placeFood: 5/5
Time to try PRIME 109 after CFU, Markhoor, Jardin, roadhouse, saltage and other traditional desi steaks. It is on Nishat commercial with next to Markhoor and is a Small place with ergonomically setup of tables. Place is not cheap but if you want to try some exquisite staff then be ready for it. We visit with a prime focus to try their steak and smoked articles. What we order: Tomahawk steak 700 gms with 300 gms of bone. Down of side of this piece of cut is it’s not tenderness and because of that you cannot have it as well-done or even medium well will get hard and chewy + side fat. Why we have ordered? To enjoy real beef flavor on which is rate the dish as 4/5. Smoked Brisket 4 slices. It is very good with nice smoky take and ¼ inch smoke ring and for me its 4/5. Meatzila Burder. Tast but not least, the real showstopper 5/5, must try for all. It is loaded with beef patty 5/5, chicken patty 4/5, brisket slice and onion rings sandwiched between bun and two slices of cheese. Down side of this place is not dishes but the meat quality within Pakistan where intramuscular is low and need great skills to make it work. Giving 4/5 due to value of money but experience is 5/5
Went there last night to celebrate women's day.. I loved their chicken chive steak and chicken rollets don't remember if that was the actual name.. Staff and ambiance was great.. Some of my friends ordered beef steaks and they really liked it too... Would recommend to everyone.
The famous tomahawk steak was meh. Had to cut around tough parts and silver skin. Only a little portion of the entire steak was left med rare whereas the rest was medium well which we did not like. Sides were okay nothing too great.
