Prime Car Wash

Don’t waste your $$. When they first opened they were great. It seems like every time I go, it gets worse & worse. Car wash is ok. But, the 360 Elite I paid $39 for today was terrible!!! I asked the young man to wipe down the back seat again. I was in a hurry and didn’t realize how awful it was until I got home. I will take my business elsewhere. (Actually anywhere but Prime)

I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for years and they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy before you drive away. Not sure why they would ever get a bad review. I own a small business and no you can’t make everybody happy, but people should at least let you know so that you can fix it. I wash my car here hundreds of times and I’ve never had one bad wash.

This was by far an awful experience for me. It was a disaster. One day I went in there and they had a very nice young lady who seemed to be doing 3 jobs at once and the manager still had the courage to get onto her for not working fast enough. Prime is more concerned with paying high school teens low wages and making them work to the bone then they actually are of the service itself. I’m disappointed in my experience and my family and I are taking our business elsewhere.

They do an excellent job detailing the inside of the car. I go there several times a month. Never too long of a wait and very friendly staff!

I'll keep this short and straight to the point. Bad customer service, the workers are young and the pride in the work is well below standard. Been there three times and each time the service provided gets wrost. This was my last time.
