Prime Location Realty, LLC

There was a house for sale that I found on a Realtor website, and Prime Location Realty was the listing agent. I called them to schedule a viewing, and the receptionist took my name and number and told me the first available agent would call me back. I waited for 4 hours and no response. so then I contacted them via their website. Waited another 4 hours and still no response. Then I did some detective work, found the previous owner of the house and contacted them. They told me the house had gone into foreclosure because of taxes not being paid. Wells Fargo Bank took house and was going to auction it. Prior to foreclosure, they had taken a reverse mortgage on the house and had received $100k. The asking price of the house was only $34k. They could not believe the bank would only sell it for $34k after giving them $100k as a reverse mortgage, so they figured they must have some kind of legal requirement to list the house at $34k, even though they have no real intention of selling it at that price. Very dishonest way of doing business - list a house that isn't really for sale, and then ignore anyone who asks about it. 72 hours have now passed, and still no response - so they are obviously ignoring me and have no intention of actually selling at this price. I wonder how many other people they are ignoring. By ignoring me, and by participating in this shady practice, they will never see a penny from me. Very rude and very dishonest.
