After contacting Bed Bug Hunters who worked with Prime Pest Control to get someone over to us, we had a pest technician with us who was quickly able to determine that we had carpet beetles and not bed bugs. He was very thorough and checked every room and space explaining what he was doing and what they were would need to work on to get rid of the problem. We left him to it and came back 2 hours later to pay and get follow up instructions. 2 days later and so far no more live bugs have been spotted. Have been happy with communication and service from the companies and if need a follow up treatment will be using them again.

Cannot say how grateful we are for all the work the guys did at home! We had a rat problem at home and everyone in the house was very frustrated. We found you online and decided to give it a go as the prices were the most affordable ones and we made a great choice! I had use their service to tack the infestation issue in my tiny flat. The technician worked very professionally. He tried his best to find out and seal the possible entrances which mice may run into my flat. Hopefully, the mice will go away after the treatment.
