I think they are in the mindset that if it’s slippery it’s clean. The inside of my vehicle was very splotchy wasn’t very clean I had to re-wipe everything down. They broke two knickknacks in my car. They did not even clean my rear Camera. Water spots on the window. I found trash just stuffed in the pockets not thrown away. I think after waiting an hour it would’ve been cleaned way better.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Great wash for the price. I'm super picky so I found a few flaws but I will be back. This is my first time here so I will edit as necessary. I'm going with 4 stars but I really would like to be able to give 4.5. It was at least 90% as good as if I had done it myself. Edit: raising to 5 stars. I've gotten to know the owner and he's raised the bar since taking over.

Their business hours says they open at 8am I was there today at 8:30 am to find no-one to assist me. Their sign was still up but the door of their tool room was open and their cleaning tools were outside and the employees nowhere to see. Even though there was a truck in one of their washing slots still it was unattended. I don't even know if I can rate them for poor service or no service at all in despite that I was there in their business hours. If I am the owner I will be mad to see that all cleaning tools were neglected because that's a recipe for stealing to those who love to keep what's not theirs. Overall, to me this place has gone downhill and they need to improve a lot.

Previous experiences weren't too bad but we are extremely disappointed with our last experience. My wife took our van on Sunday to get washed. After waiting for 2 hours when they weren't even busy, the armor all was still all over the tires and dashboard. Then when attempting to use the headphones that link up with the car for the kids, we notice that they are broken. We had placed them in the seat to avoid this, not sure how they were broken. We went back on Monday to talk with a manager and see if anything could be done. We were told we should only go during the week because the weekend crew doesn't care and aren't very good. Doesn't sound like good business practice. The manager on duty asked for my information so that the owner could call and try and resolve the issue. Never heard back from anyone. We will never be doing business here again.

They do good work if you show up Monday through Thursday. Do not show up on a Friday they will mislead you on the amount of time it takes to do your vehicle. 4 hour wait time for a wash, no wax is ridiculous

They did awesomely to get rid of my dog hair off my car seats, than any places. Employees are friendly. If you see something on your vehicle that they miss a little, they will fix it quickly for you till you're satisfy. But mostly, I'm amazed all of my Danes hair were gone from all over inside.
