UPDATE: When we arrived this morning I spoke with Steve Cramer/General Manager to convey our frustration. He took time to listen and understood. Although there is not anything he can do to rectify our situation, my hope is the issue will be addressed and corrected for all future deliveries of lumber. Thank you for listening.
*This place sucks if you are a truck delivering here. I called and asked what the receiving hours were and explained we had a load of lumber to deliver. I was asked when we would be in I said 6pm. He said someone would be here 24/7. We arrived at 6:10pm and are now being told we can't be unloaded until  7am tmrw morning. What kind of incompetence is that? Point is we live in Vegas..we would've went home but we were told to come in. Super unprofessional!!!
