We are Bible-based in that we seek to base all of our beliefs and our lifestyle on explicit passages of the Bible or on biblical principles.
We desire to teach the Word of God with integrity and to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, shaping and equipping our church family so that they will be spiritually nourished and empowered to individually and collectively fulfill their God-ordained purpose and ministry. We seek to develop disciples who genuinely care for one another, and who, with sensitivity and dignity, reach out to our City and beyond so that they might be saved, being brought to a living faith in Christ as their Lord and Savior. We desire to take ministry outside of our building so that we can holistically serve our community and become a church without walls.
The Primitive Christian Church in New York City exists as a local congregation of believers to show case the love of God to the world, as revealed in His Son Jesus Christ, our crucified, risen, exalted and imminently returning King; and we exist to serve our community in His same love and power, knowing that He is eternal.
