The ladies at Primp were SO AMAZING to me when during my time at the Lounge! They squeezed me in for a full blowout and makeup service at the last minute on a Saturday, which was absolutely fantastic, and they did a fabulous job! I've been a long time client of Primp, and Samantha in particular- for a while when I was a new mom I was going for weekly blow outs because I couldn't manage to wash my own hair haha : Sam has done an amazing job for me on countless occasions- newborn photos, my son's baptism, Derby, the Speed Ball, etc. I cannot recommend this place more highly for a long term relationship. Had a great experience! The stylists came to our hotel and did makeup and hair styling services. Very polite, efficient, and they listen to what you want. If you’re like me and do not know what you want, they do an excellent job styling you!

I have been a Primp fan and customer for three years. The location is so convenient, and appointments are easy to make online or by phone. I've tried some other blow out bars, but they don't even come close to Primp. The stylists are awesome and they make my hair look incredible! My previous career was as an Interior Designer 25 years, the decor is feminine and elegant, which makes me feel pampered. I work full time, and feel like I need to look good at professional events, Primp gives me that confidence. Sitting down at Primp gives me 45 minutes to relax and catch up on emails, while they do their magic. And, my fiancé absolutely loves it when I've been to a Primp appointment!! Shannon and her staff are awesome!

Primp Style Lounge St. Matthews offers a 5 Star experience to every single client. That is a rarity these days. I have used Primp for many different occasions including getting myself a blowout, getting my makeup done, bringing my daughter in for a special occasion and even coming to take an at home blowout class. The customer service is top notch! They go beyond simply delivering a great service, they always make sure to make me feel special and taken care of and always listen to my requests. I’m always leaving with a smile! The stylists go the extra mile to make each appointment meaningful. Best blowouts and makeup in town. Period. When I leave Primp, I feel empowered, ready to take on the world and tackle any obstacle!

I've been a regular blow out customer at Primp for a couple of years now. I only have wonderful things to say about my experience at Primp. The staff is wonderful, my hair always looks great, and the prices are right where they should be. I ended up also using Primp for my wedding this past October. It was wonderful. Colleen + company did an amazing job. They created such a fun and special experience for us when we arrived that day. I highly recommend Primp!
