I had an appointment on 7/13/19 @ 11:30 am they had me wait around all day because she said her daughter was going to do my hair and I had to wait until she finish her clients after waiting they had another co-worker do my hair and did not start services on me until 4:30 pm and I ended up being the last client and did not get out until 8 pm then they were rushing to cut my hair because the owner had to finishing shopping because her son was having a 30th birthday party the next day Sunday 7/14/19 and she rushed to cut my hair which was uneven and she was suppose to have experience with weave and cutting I paid $185.00 for waiting all day the end results were I had to spend more money to have someone correct the bad cut job she gave and she did not even thin the weave out I will not go there again they seem to only be interested in the money aspect of it I have never been to a salon where they don't even wet and mold the weave. Don't go there if you expect to be sitting around waiting for them there were a total of 5 new clients that came that day also had to wait even after scheduling for appointments.

I called for a cut and showed up 35 minutes later. Princess and her staff were wonderful. Princess cut my hair and styled it in a bob. She let me know about all the services they offer. I had a great experience! Thank you Princess for making my hair look wonderful! Will be coming back, definitely.

They do an amazing job with my hair time after time! When I'm in town, I don't trust anyone else to do it. They give good advice for at-home upkeep. They treat the customer with much respect. It's clean. I live the overall atmosphere.

I have been going to Princess Hair Palace since the Summer of 2015. When I first came to Samantha, my hair was falling out and breaking, it was a horrible mess. She promised me if I came to see her regularly, she would nurse my hair back to health. She did more than that, she not only gave me healthy hair but she also gave me confidence and made me feel beautiful everytime I sat in her chair. After about a year of seeing her, I had surgery and during my three months of recovery she suggested I have a weave installed so I would not have to come in as often and it would help with my hair growth since surgery took a toll on me physically. I was a bit hesistant but it was honestly the best decision I ever made. My hair is the longest it has ever been and it is thicker than it was before. My hair is happy and healthy and I am so grateful that I crossed paths with Samantha and her mother. The Salon is always a pleasant, warm and welcoming place to be. Everytime I have the opportunity to recommend Princess Hair Place to my friends, I never hesitate. If I could give this 10 stars I would !!!

Once you go here you will never go anywhere else! Not only do they make your hair look and feel amazing but they also teach you how to maintain the health and quality of your hair! The salon is always clean and well organized. You will always feel like a princess at Princess hair palace

I love Samantha!!!!!!! She's amazing at what she does. I had my 1st haircut last year and I was amazed by how talented she is. She's patient....she's kind and she Obviously love what she does and it shows. Thank you Samantha for your wonderful service. God bless you and everyone in that salon.

Although I was taken in as a walk-in, the wait time was still very long. I was there for 5 hours just to get a blowdry and trim of my natural hair. Granted my hair is very thick, I don't think I needed to be put under the dryer so many times or for so long and I wish more of my dead ends had been trimed. I'm 60% satisfied with the service I received. But I did see other women leaving with wonder hair styles and the enviornment is very diverse and welcoming. I'd go back again, but this time I'd be more specific and confident in describing what I want regardless of if I know the professional terminology.

Place is surlper clean. Person that did my hair was great, knew what she was doing. Atmosphere was chilled. Definitely going back for another appointment.
