Printshop SB

Get all my print work done here, from shirts to business cards, vinyl prints. This is my shop! The owner of the shop, Jay is awesome! Always takes care of me and the family when they come through. He’s always willing to go above and beyond and his work shows it. I can trust this shop to make it happen. God bless your works Jay!

Awesome company. I make all of my business merchandise through them. The screen print seems to last longer on shirts and the quality of the graphics is amazing. Print shop has remade shirts for me that other companies have done for me in the past. Whenever they remake them the detail of the print is obvious. Will definitely keep using them.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. I needed to get my invitations done and we went to them and made an order. They said they will be done in 1-2 weeks max. They had my invitations for 3 weeks and they had nothing done. They kept making excuses and said they would call the next day and they never would. Thanks to them being irresponsible I'm late with handing out my invites to my guests. They are so irresponsible and lag so much on their clients. Definitely DON'T recommend coming here. They are nice and sweet at first but they don't have your orders done in time. They should start to prioritize their clients more and take into consideration that we as clients trust them to have our stuff done. 0 stars for sure, don't recommend this print shop.

Very unsatisfied, I was recommended to go here by someone who got work done here , everything seemed nice and legit, good quality work on their instagram page but they lack of communication never return emails or calls. They lie about the time frame the work is going to be done. I gave them multiple calls just to get an update and all I got back was “we will send the art work later this afternoon or tomorrow” and never got the work done. I will be going to another shop for business.

This is actually my second review that I'm giving for PrintShop SB. They did such a great job on my first order that I left a 5 star review. I'm not sure what has happened since but the customer service has been horrible. The last order I placed, they forgot to make the stickers I had asked for. When I got the package in the mail a few days before my event, the sticker was no included in the package. I live in Hawaii so it's not exactly like I can drive down to the shop and pick some up. I called and spoke to Jay who said he'd give me a discount on any future order. We left it at that. Fast forward some time later, I've been trying to get in touch with them about another order, for some custom bags. I called, left VM's, text messages, DM's on Instagram and left messages at the shop with other workers. Nothing seems to work. Jay won't return my requests so I will not be continuing to reach out. Very sad that they treat repeat customers this way. I guess it's about getting the first business and not much retention. I've heard this same thing from a shop that actually referred me to them. They have had similar experiences recently. Please use caution before placing orders with Printshop SB.
