Buyer Beware!! Website doesn't filter hotels by number of guests they can accommodate and they don't have any mechanism in place to confirm reservations or alert you when there is a problem until you get across the world to find out! And there is NO customer service!! A message service if you have a problem. Incredibly disappointed!

Great travel options!! I have had a great experience with Pristine Agency. Pristine Agency is the best travel agent in this area. Easy to book and all staff are highly professional. Actually, I love to travel and we enjoyed the last vacation more than we wanted. And definitely I want to give special thanks to Pristine Agency!

I was planning a weekend for the girls and in the process of trying to make everyone happy confused my agent for the dates . We started planning for Saturday and Sunday ended up wanting Friday and Saturday nights. My Agent booked the first dates and I didn't catch the mistake on the confirmation. Needless to say we arrived late Friday without accommodations. I called our agent and he took care of everything and our weekend went perfectly. I feel like Pristine Agency is my BFF

We just booked our first cruise and the customer service was good. Low priced and affordable. Looking forward to the actual trip. Good experience so far.

We always used Pristine Agency's "Brick and Mortar" location for our Bookings so glad to see the internet based transition this enhancement has made the booking process even more efficient
