After a Google search of Audi repair near me, I found great reviews of Pro Auto Care. One more positive five-star review here. First and foremost, I will say this; the absolute professionalism upon walking through the door was refreshing. All eyes and attention were given to me straight out of the gate. Although I am not technically inclined with automotive, Brett was patient and understood what symptoms of my vehicle that I was trying to convey. I dropped my car off at 7 am, I had an estimate and full inspection of the vehicle in one hour. The convenience of the text diagnosis and easy approval system made the anxiety of repair diminish greatly. I knew that I was in good hands with competent techs. Although my particular vehicle ended up needing repairs beyond the value of the vehicle, they were absolutely up front and honest with me and I spent a good half hour on the phone with Brett who advised me with his expertise that it would not be a sound financial investment to move forward with the repairs. I had parts on the line to be installed however they were honest and straightforward and ultimately saved me a lot of money. I have been to other shops in the past and the difference is literally night and day. From this point moving forward, I will only use Pro Auto Care in the future and will consistently recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. I went in because 12v battery on my nissan leaf went dead and needed to have it towed for repair. I made an easy online appointment for next day morning and even ended up being a little late to the appointment due to tow truck issues. The estimate and inspection were completed within a few hours and I was notified of service completion over text in 3-4 hours. The bill came out to be less than expected. Overall, I was quite pleased with folks at Pro Auto Care and will recommend. The location is also relatively convenient and close to shops within walking distance to kill time.

I came in for a simple headlight replacement but ended up asking about my bumper that had been hanging off just in hopes they could do something about it. I had bumped into a snow bank and it was slightly off for a while, I never bothered to get it fixed because it was driveable. But they told me they could do a simple fix to clip it back on and also got me a new hub cap that was missing. This was great news because I thought it would be so expensive to get a new bumper. All told they were always so friendly and quick to make the repair and get the parts. So thrilled to have car that looks together again. Would recommend this place!Service: Auto maintenance

We have been thrilled with the service, professionalism, and honesty we get from Pro Auto Care. We’ve now taken both of our vehicles there, one for regular maintenance and the other to get an assessment of a mystery noise coming from the front end. I asked specifically for a Mitsubishi Tech, "Brett" obliged this request. The work I authorized was done to the vehicle in a timely manner and throughout the whole process they provided me with text, emails and phone calls. They simply went out of their way to make me happy. Something went wrong outside the scope of repairs and they even admitted fault and paid to fix it! If you own a JDM Muscle car and cringe at the thought of anyone touching it, you won't be disappointed entrusting your expensive investment or car with sentimental value to them for repairs, big or small. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle and me as an apprehensive and demanding import owner. I'd trust them them work on my domestic vehicles as well.

We brought our car in with a problem of not starting in the morning and told them we had to tap the starter to get it running. They did the diagnostic for 75.00 and then replaced the alternator. Gave it back and did the same exact thing. Brought it back and they said it needed a battery, got that replaced and it does the same thing. This has gotten old! We are taking it somewhere else now. We felt it was in the starter from the beginning and it probably is. I hope I really needed a alternator after spending a total 700 dollars. Very stressful!Services: General repairs & maintenance

They did a scrub of the under carriage and found a couple of leaks. We had them replace one washer that was leaking and will take the car back to get the other issues fixed in the near future. Everyone was very knowledgeable , friendly, professional and helpful. They were also very honest.

From scheduling my appointment to completion of work, it was a good experience. I was told a timeframe for waiting, they were spot on. I was told about a few concerns to consider getting taken care of while there, not adding much in time waiting.
