Great new doors. The new electric openers are very quiet with an outdoor key pad and modern phone app. Very fast install, low price, and respectful installers. Stylistic recommendation for all: Add the decorative hardware at the end, it really does break the bland look of a blank garage door.

My garage door opener was failing, and I contacted five companies to give me an estimate on replacing the unit. Only two of the companies were willing to come out to provide a free estimate; ProLift was one of them. The others submitted a bid from pictures which I sent them. ProLift came when expected and called me when the technician was on the way. He assessed the situation and gave me his phone to speak with Lou, his boss and the owner. Lou gave me a quote for installation and was willing to adjust the bid to be competitive with the other bids I had received. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and followed up during the day. The installation was immaculate and the new garage door opener works perfectly. I also understand that there will be no cost for future service calls if needed, only for parts and labor, and I have a three-year warranty on parts. I would highly recommend working with this company.

We had a new garage door installed in July and that experience was already excellent. The crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. Today, we had the installer come out for a brief inspection as our door appeared to be making some noise while opening. Jeremy assured us that this was normal break in period noise and provided us a quick lube up of our system and gave some tips as to how to care for the door. Jeremy was knowledgeable and took the extra time to go over anything and made sure we had no questions before departing. Thank you ProLift for your great customer service and quality of work!

To whom it may concern, I have had such awesome customer service with Lou @ Pro-Lift Garage door. We had a new garage door installed from Pro-Lift and that was such a great experience all around. At times we have had some issues with the garage door, I would contact Lou and educated him on the troubles we were experiencing and without hesitation Lou would assist with resolving the issue. He goes above and beyond for his business reputation and the care of his clients. If it wasn’t resolved via phone call then he would send out a technician to look at the issues, and they would adjust and fix them every time. At one point I noticed the garage wasn’t closing all the way so I went through the troubleshooting steps that Lou and I went through before and nothing was fixing it….and just like before I contacted Lou and without hesitation Lou assisted with troubleshooting and anything we did was not fixing the issue so Lou reached out to his technician Allen, he came out, looked over the issue we were having and he knew what needed to be done. Allen immediately contacted Lift-Master and Lou, they discussed the issue and immediately knew part they needed, Lift-Master was kind enough to warranty the part for the garage. Allen contacted me to get the part installed, but I was unable to reach my phone, but Allen was a garage fixing ninja and completed the repair before I even had a chance to check my messages. I am so appreciative of the Lou’s business/quality at Pro-Lift and continuous support that he gives his customers. I will keep using Lou and Pro-lift for future needs. Highly recommend! Our garage door opener stopped working entirely, and I requested call backs from a few different companies via Angi. Bob Nelson president at ProLift called me less than an hour later and came out that same evening to assess what was going on. We reached a financial and mutual understanding, and him and Jason came back a couple of days later to install a new opener on both garage doors. From the beginning, the honesty, professionalism, and quality were top-notch! If we ever need anything else done, we will ONLY call Bob and his team! Thank you Jason and Bob for a job well done! We love our new opener!

Out of all the companies we got garage door quotes from, Pro Lift was the only company that followed up and even price matched a competitor. Just got our brand new garage door put in and the installer was fantastic. He went above and beyond what we paid for. He tuned up our garage motor, which we did not pay for. He went the extra mile and noticed something wrong with it and went ahead and fixed it free of charge.
